Got a flat tire in Hersey, Pa.
Checked in late night and a nice lady wish us luck and try to make us as comfortable as possible, gave us late checkout at 2pm. I believe she can do that because we stayed on Sunday night off-peak season. So don’t push too hard on them for late checkout if rooms are full.

We stayed Wednesday to Friday for a trip to Hershey Christmas week. The location is great. Quiet but close to park. Check-in was smooth. The hotel is neat and clean. While it advertises as fully renovated there were a few things that would appear otherwise, however I mention this only because I know some people would nitpick that. None of this impacted our stay at all, but I did include photos because I like to stay impartial. We had adjoining rooms, both with trundle pull outs, one king and one double. Idk if the hotel allows it, but we could have easily slept 5/6 in the double room. Wet bar kitchen area with sink, micro, mini fridge and single coffee/tea maker. Desk area, sitting area with tv, another tv in bedroom (double room). TVs have some options to log into streaming providers, but had a good selection of channels as well. Bed was comfy enough with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Ceiling fan looked outdated but worked like a champ. You have control of the heating/cooling unit and it was easy to adjust temps and even had an option to keep the fan on it running, which I like to do at night. Bathroom separate from sink area which is nice. Shampoo, body wash and hair dryer available so you don’t need to bring them. There is plenty of lighting and plugs/usb outlets. Amazing framed in window shade (for lack of a better way to put it) that blocks out most of the light. I love a dark room and with it and being on the side of the hotel that backed to the woods, it was perfect. I highly recommend asking for a room on the top floor, facing the woods side if you can. Top floor because there is always that family who seems to use the hallway to run relay. The hotel staff is very accommodating. I bought a Pepsi in the convenience area that was impossible to open (not their fault) but they had no issue exchanging it and even gave my daughter a bottled water free of charge for the trouble. Pool area is clean, with towels available. On site small gym. Ice machines on ground floor. Very nice complimentary breakfast with plenty of seating from 6-10am included cheese omelet, sausage, egg and cheese muffin, bagels, muffins, make your own waffle, oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, cold cereals, milk, coffee, juices as well as butter, cream cheese and jams. Hotel also provided a list of places close by to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at the Springhill suites and loved it! We had a long day at Hershey park and when we checked in both ladies were absolutely amazing! So nice and sweet! The rooms were clean and comfortable . We had plenty of options for breakfast and breakfast attendant was friendly and made sure everything was stocked and making sure the area was clean. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great hotel in all aspects. Very clean, nice front desk, windows can be open a bit which eliminates problems with the smell in a room and gives you fresh air to breathe, great choices and quality for breakfast and close to Hershey's attractions. The only thing that could be improved is the temperature of the water in the pool and jaccuzzi tub should be much higher (particularly at cold seasons of the year). Other then that everything was great and we hope to stay here again.

Alright let me begin by saying I have traveled a lot both for business as well as pleasure. We come to Hershey every year for a convention that's held in the Hershey Lodge. We've stayed at multiple hotels throughout the many trips. After driving almost 5 hours I arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a very nice receptionist at the front desk after getting up to my room it was a moderate size room a king suite. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable for 1 or 2 people. The bed was amazingly soft and the pillows were like clouds. The breakfast was different then I've had at other hotels yet it was nice everything was sealed in there own bags. The grounds were well kept and there wasn't garbage laying around. The hotel was clean and everything looked like it had its place. All in all I would probably stay here again.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. One of the nicer springhill suites we’ve been to. The biggest highlight is the customer service (Charlene and Jodie at the front desk along with a very friendly cleaning person). The property was clean and well kept. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. The room was thoughtfully designed as well. I look forward to returning.

Best location to get to Hershey Park and Giant Arena!!! Staff A+ from front desk to maid service. Wonderful waters, decaf teas in lobby. At first I was disappointed no eggs, bacon etc but the breakfast quiche on Sat and breakfast bagel on Sun were great!! All the oatmeal toppings were great also. Did not have a waffle but heard people say they were delicious. Yogurt selections were wonderful also!! Many plusses staying at Springhill Suites.

This place was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating in checking us in late and providing extra towels and shampoo for our group. The room was quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable! Definitely one of the most restful nights of our trip. The suite has a nice workspace for getting some work done and breakfast and coffee were tasty. Will stay here next time we come through Hershey!

Wonderful breakfast. I enjoyed the hot oatmeal with topping bar. They also had egg sandwiches and quiches. Cranberry juice was full strength and not watered down. Staff was all friendly.

They were able to help us out last minute and later in the day which was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful. My 4 year old loved getting up in the morning to make fresh waffles. Close to the park. I’m staying here next time I go to Hershey.

The SpringHill Suites was a fantastic place to stay! We stopped in here while on a long road trip, and visiting the Hershey area. This hotel is very close to the park and the arena which hosts many concerts. There are many convenient restaurants nearby, and the host at the front desk gave us a list of places, including many that delivered! The parking lot is large and safe and we were able to find a very convenient spot every time.
Our room was one of the two-bed suites and it was very big and nice! There is a couch, small kitchen, desk, and two large and comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The TV was huge! And importantly for us — the free wifi was extremely fast and we were able to download and upload large video files for work.
We visited the fitness center which had lots of machines and equipment, all of them working. It was well-ventilated and had towels and water. The pool also looked large and clean!
Breakfast had coffee, tea, yogurt, waffles, cereal, milk, juice, and pastries, all for free and very nice.
This was a convenient and luxurious hotel and I would stay there anytime I was in the Hershey area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. We were able to check in super late, and the staff was helpful and friendly in person and on the phone.

There was plenty of parking, including bus parking, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The room was newly renovated and comfortable. There was a large living room in our hotel, and a huge desk to get some work done. The beds were incredible. I slept so good, you will too.

We traveled for business, but we noticed a lot of families here. Totally a great hotel for any occasion.

We stayed for 3 nights while we spent a few days in Hershey to enjoy holiday activites and the park. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was very clean and furnishings were well kept. We enjoyed talking with Jody at the front desk who was very nice and helpful with helping us hit the high spots on our stay. This hotel is on the same road as the park and only 6 minutes away. Its quiet and out of the hustle anf bustle of downtown. We would defiently stay here again.

Hotel is right off the main road which goes into town next to a couple other hotels. It's an easy 3 mile drive to get to Hershey park and the surrounding shops and restauraunts. The hotel has an excellent continental breakfast! Probably the best I've ever seen for a free continental. There is a pool and a very basic workout room on par with what you might find at any other hotel. The rooms are spacious and mostly clean. There were only single bed rooms available at the time we booked so we had to utilize the pull out couch. As hotel couches go it was alright, but definitely not the best night sleep you'll get. There's plenty of parking. Overall, it met all expectations and exceeded some, So five stars!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, we've had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights. The staff was amazing: House keeping were super nice, the guys at the front desk always went out of their way to accommodate our needs and help with any questions. We did laundry one night and the dryer was very slow so they took our clothes and had them dried for us. The room s were perfect for a longer stay with a studio apt feel, mini kitchen, big couch, desk and convenient separation of space . Breakfast was lovely & the location was great! Very close to Harrisburg, extremely picturesque view from our window, tons of nearby attractions like the Hershey Park & Chocolate world are a 5 minute drive away and there's an antique car museum and ice cream place literally across the road from the hotel. We're looking forward to coming back through!!
