Always done quick, best lo mein and pork fried rice out of all the places I've tried. Lunch specials are good deal. Love the fishies, I always say hello to them :)

Very delicious Chinese restaurant in downtown Lock Haven. We called in a large order and everything was amazing and the order was 100% correct. The meats in their dishes were some of the most tender and flavorful I’ve had from a Chinese restaurant. I will definitely stop in again next time I’m in the area.

Excellent food. Had Curry Chicken extra spicy. Yummy! Met my expectations.

Didn’t use ATM so can’t answer that but there food was great when got there I was told long wait time which is fine I didn’t call it I’m never was there before but it was highly recommended guy at counter was very polite and friendly over all great place to eat I’ll go back what I had was very good

Awesome Chinese food! The best in the area! Everything is always hot & fresh! They're quick, even when they're busy! Always clean in the restaurant, and the staff is always friendly! Definitely our favorite Chinese takeout in this area. You Definitely need to visit their fisktank as well. Our kids love to go and visit the "marijunana" fish. 😉

I love this restaurant, our food is always fresh and tasty! We typically don't dine in. We either get delivery or take out which sometimes takes a little longer than the estimated time, however its worth it because its always made to order and really yummy.

Your typical neighborhood go-to Chinese restaurant. Good food, fast and efficient service, quick delivery. If you ask to modify your meal they will always accommodate (for example we always ask for less garlic in the general tos).

Out of the dozens of orders over the past few years, we had one minor error which they rectified on our next order without question.

Awesome dark sauce in the chicken and broccoli! Reminds me of the sauce from the no longer Main Cheung up in Mill Hall and the Chinese i used to order years ago from the Chinese restaurant up in Mansfield. I have only ever found the sauce a couple of places. Those who will be checking your order out are very friendly with the customers, and the tables and floors are always clean and clear every time I have been in there! Will be regularly ordering from these guys...we have tried places up in Mill Hall and down thru Jersey Shore and even a couple in Williamsport. None had this flavor of the sauce, among other things ...15 min drive isn't bad for great chinese...and it is still hot when we get back home! Thank you Shang Hai!

Alan is THE MAN! the house lo mein is fantastic, extra spicy curry shrimp rocks my world, terriaki chicken on a stick is a fave. Most of the staff isn't too friendly but the food is good 👍

Always the best Chinese food in town. Skip the buffet places, and order food from here instead. It's always hot and fresh, the egg rolls are better than any I've had from Williamport to Statecollege!

Best Chinese cuisine in the area. A lot of variety and food is always cut fresh same day. Very fresh and very reasonably priced. Delivery range is large and food never disappoints.

THIS IS TRULY THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN THE AREA. WE, MY DAUGHTERS, HUSBAND AND I EAT THERE A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! Shang Hai has always been my go to choice for local Chinese food. This family owned business has captured my heart and captivated my tastebuds for as long as I can remember. For less than 10 dollars you can get a dinner guaranteed to fill you up and leave you satisfied after every bite. If you’re looking for something savory I suggest the cheese wontons.

Great place to get stir fry all the Oriental dishes that you think of they have my favorite is beef and broccoli with white rice and I always change up the pork egg roll the comes with it to a shrimp egg roll only cost $8 and change you can't beat the service and the food I actually lost weight eating that stuff every night for a month and a half in the early spring of 2017
