The cottages are absolutely gorgeous. Not only are the rooms decorated beautifully the beds are crazy comfortable and each room has everythung from towels, hairdryers, ironing board, to a keurig.Amazing place to stay. I stayed here with my team from work for as a group retreat everything from the dining to the turn down service was amazing. I would stay every weekend if I could afford it.

Horrible gross experience I don't want to get into! But they tried compensating for it this stay and very friendly!!! I have to say that the house keeping isn't the best ... I asked for 2 things and it was impossible to get a laundry bag lol

The Hershey Hotel is amazing to me, but the experience of the Mountain Laurel Cottage takes it another level, if it were possible. Great and pleasant staff also.
