My appt was 10am but i reached there 9:30am. They unloaded my truck just 1hrs. I was Very happy. If you are coming by 15/i99 then take highway US220 after that take exit 116 end the ramp then take right after you will see lights pass the light and 100meter straight after again take right turn and you will there.

Was able to stay overnight , appointment was at 2 pm but they loaded me early in the morning very good stuff. They have a restroom. I was at building nine.

Very nice people! Accidentally came in a day early by accident. The lady in building 6 simply made a call to see if they could go ahead and load me, which they did. The gentleman at the loading site was also warm and friendly. A nice change over how us drivers are treated too often. My thanks to everyone!

Fine place to work, like to share me good experience, my appointment was at 8 am but I check in at 1 am night and they unloaded me right away, but they don’t have overnight parking. There is local truck stop very close to them.

Called and was told everyone goes to Building #6 make a right on North Rd. Last Building on the left is #6, I was a live unload, So I was sent to Building #10 behind the Truck Stop you pass.

I got loaded in building 10, which is right behind the truck stop. I had a 5 am appt, checked in and got a dock at 11 pm. I was out of there by 1 am. 👌🏽

I can’t speak for live loading / unloading but my drop & hook the other day went very smooth. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Been here several times to building 10. Always loaded quickly and they have a nice clean driver restroom available.

They load you by the appointment.
But they don't take that long.
Shipping personnel 0 complains.
