Quality Inn Mill Hall - Lamar

Me and my associates stay at this hotel multiple times throughout the year because it serves as a half way point to alot of the places we go to!! The staff has always been great to us but I think it's time to invest in some new beds or something to make them a lil bit softer!!

Clean room, great breakfast and the most friendly staff. I accidentally Locked my keys in my car and the hotels supervisor Sam, as well as staff member Jule and others, went above and beyond to help us get it open and on the road. Highly recommend this hotel!

For an average hotel, this one is above average. This will be my permanent stop on my travels to the east coast and back. Its a game changer to have some hot prepped breakfast in the lobby before your travels, they do indeed have hot breakfast (not just waffles).

They have a nice yard for dogs. The rooms are clean. Happy I stayed there.

Very kind and accommodating people.we had been on a extremely long trip ..11 hrs with 6 to go..and they gave is a room and let us stay 2 hours beyond checkout to get sleep.simple but cozy clean room .highly recommend. Thank yoi

Love Quality Inns for travel. Nice rooms, great value

This hotel absolutely exceeded any expectations I had of a typical interstate hotel. It is less than 5 minutes from I-80, was genuinely so clean, and the hospitality was awesome. Both women I worked with at the front desk (am and pm) were amazing, kind, and helpful. They even had gluten-free options at breakfast which almost never happens for me, a Celiac. The bed was comfy, the AC was strong and there was also a ton of parking. I even had issues booking through an outside site and the front desk resolved it quickly for me. If you need a cheap but quality stay, go here!

Best hotel ever. Very impressed. We put a funny request in the comments when we booked this online. They fulfilled it to the best of their ability and gave us a bag of snacks.
The room is clean and the staff is great.

While you can tell the hotel is an older building, there are obvious signs that they are upgrading the place. I have stayed there multiple times, and I noticed new carpeting and new paint in the hallways. Bright flowers outside and the staff was friendly. There were great places that delivered food. I tried something different each night. Close to State College and right off the interstate. Made it an easy stop. I have stayed before and I will stay again.

Was traveling with extended family on a road trip from Chicago and stopped here to spend the night, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodated for us on the same floor. The rooms are a bit dated but they're clean and for the price it was nice. If I were to make the trip again, I'd stay here again.

We came here to get some rest on a long drive. The rooms were clean, pack and plays were set up for us, and the heater was turned on prior to our arrival so we were greeted by a toasty room. Ely checked me in and was happy to help with any requests and always had a smile on! I was also very impressed and appreciated that the establishment has a list of the items’ kosher certifications and only use certain equipment for certain products. The location was conveniently right off the I-80.

Having lived in Connecticut, with family in Indiana, this motel has been our "mid-way" stopover on I-80 for 40 years. Originally a Holiday Inn, we've stayed while it was Comfort Inn, and now Quality Inn. In March 2022, it's the first motel we've stayed in since Covid began in 2020. I was pleasantly surprised with the spotless pet-friendly room, and the decent hot breakfast (knowing it's a budget place.) The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Thomas L.

So nice to find this clean, well-organized hotel on a rainy night with a long way to go. It appears to have been updated recently, as everything was very well put together and modern. The staff is very nice and always available, the breakfast room has lots & lots of choices, and coffee is on 24 hours. Without asking, they put me in the back on the ground level, which is great for quiet and also for unloading the necessaries without having to go a long way. Finally, the price is right. Definitely keep in mind.

I have now stayed in this hotel twice. Second time was just as nice as the first. Both times I visited, the same Night manager was there and she is so pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean. The whole hotel was in great condition. One downfall was the lack of their usually awesome hot breakfast. Covid-19 regulations are not breakfast buffet friendly. Nit the hotels fault. Not really anyone's. I highly recommend staying here. Oh one last thing. I briefly met the maintenance man. He was also very nice.

I rarely do 5 stars since there's always room for improvement. But we love our stay here and so impressed that I have to give full 5 stars. The towels, sheets, room, bathroom - are all clean. Good breakfast selection, the bathroom near the lobby is top. I haven't been to any hotel that offers free sanitary pads. Great Job to the managers. The price is right too.

The young ladies at the front desk was very nice. Taneille (not sure of spelling) and Chelsea 👍👍. Breakfast was OK better if some bacon n hash browns was also offered 🤔

Definitely will return here again if I ever see the need to take another 34-hour break. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good free breakfast. Highly recommend for truckers especially needing a 34 hour restart. Truck parking up to 5 trucks. Rooms are decent but I had to move from the 1st room because the a/c wasn't working, but they upgraded me to a better room anyway.

Great service, great rooms, great place overall! Better equipped and more quiet than other places, and only about 30 dollars more compared to Super 8. We paid about $100 for our room for three adults, with two queen sized beds. They had a hair dryer, a high- speed internet Ethernet cable, and a really nice, large TV. The people at the front desk were very friendly, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

This is the highest quality, Quality Inn, out of all the Quality Inn hotels I can recall. Some of them are extremely low quality, and appear to be government residences for the unhoused. Not this one. You’re eating your continental breakfast with patrons only and a beautiful Mountain View in the carefully decorated lobby. This is no soup kitchen experience. Big ups to the friendly staff and service. Big fan. Great affordable place to stay after a Penn State game.

Very happy with this place. We arrived in the area much later than expected. Our first stop was another hotel who even tho they had rooms available they had some event going on that weekend and would only allow us to book 2 nights instead of just one. This was where we ended up staying. they accommodated a later check out for us without extra charge and the rooms were clean and nice.
