Advanced Medical Homecare Supplies

I have been a customer for five years, and have had extensive dealings with Advanced, primarily because of my changing sleep-care needs, and coping with the Philips recall, a godawful mess on Philips part. Anyway, Advanced has always been there for me. To name names, Morgan in the billing department has spent time explaining the complicated billing practices of the insurance company, in a way I understand. And Kat, who helps on the equipment side, discovered issues with my last mask and found me a better one. She’s so good I have even greater confidence in her than in my doctor. She also follows-up with diligence and care. All around I am pleased — and sleeping well. Thank you! (Peter G.)

Advanced Medical Homecare Supplies in West Chester employs amazing people who provided excellent, professional customer service. It took less than one week from the date they received my prescription for me to receive everything I requested. They did everything they said they would do and called when they said they would call. This is the opposite of experiences I've had with two previous companies where I practically had to beg for my supplies and waited up to 3 months to finally receive the correct items. I especially want to thank Gia, but everyone I dealt with at Advanced was wonderful!!!

I switched my CPAP supplies and service to Advanced Medical from my initial supplier. The difference was night and day! These folks are outstanding when it comes to customer care and service.

My CPAP is 6 years old and has not been functioning properly. I desperately needed a new device. To be eligible for insurance coverage required tracking down medical records (some many years old) from various doctors to document my eligibility for a new replacement covered by insurance. Molly is the company representative who spent a good deal of her time tracking down this information so that my device could be covered. She always called to update me on where she was in the process and let me know what step she was taking next. Molly was very knowledgeable, very professional and very personable. I am so pleased with how she handled my case.

By the grace of God, we have found a provider in Advanced Medical for my mother's equipment, supplies, and service to be excellent in every way. From cleanliness and functionality of the equipment itself to the friendly, professional attention to every phone call ever made, to immediate response for any concern. I could not be happier and sincerely thank Devon and Richard for giving me the rare peace of mind to know I can fully rely on this company for my mother's life-sustaining equipment. Top Notch Service! I recently had an issue with A medical device and needed a replacement unit in short order. Recognizing a client in need, the staff rallied around my cause to help me find a same day solution where normally this would take days to process. Employees Leona ( front desk) and Shy ( my case agent) both rallied around my cause and desperation to be sure I was being cared for.
To care for your medical equipment needs, I would definitely recommend Advanced Medical to anyone in the area that wants great service and a solid company to help them with their needs!! You owe it to yourself to give them a try!

I had a great medical/healthcare experience at Advanced Medical Homecare Supplies. I needed a new mask, hose, and maintaince for my Resmed C-Pap. I showed up without an appointment and they were very busy. After a brief wait, Liona was able to schedule me in and took my information. Shai, their customer service/intake representative, fitted me with a better/proper new mask, provided additional valuable instruction/information for improved C-Pap use and and sleep results. Great company, people, personal attention/care. Worth the hour trip from home each way. Thank you.

Started using their service in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, so at first they were understaffed and it was hard getting to a live person via phone call. Now that things are getting back to more normal, I see that the office is fully staffed and customer service is top notch. Recently I had to switch out an equipment and it was a little over the trial period. They honored the trial period and allowed me to switch.

Highly recommend, I went in with so much stress as they would work with me without calling ahead ( as my previous supplier would not be accessible at all) and so many greetings and staff were so helpful with everything. The office is so lively and such a affirming culture. Great place.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Our family purchased a recliner for my mother from this company. My mother is in Sunrise of Westtown, and sleeps in her recliner every night. The reason I am writing this review is the way they handled a problem we had. I called the company, and explained the issue to them, and told them that my mother only sleeps in her recliner - they sent someone out immediately (even though they were booking repairs for the following week). It turned out that the problem was an outlet in my mother's room - not the chair. Their technician quickly determined the problem, was so kind to my mother, and they did not charge us for service call. I appreciate this so much, as my mother would have had to sleep in the upright position for 3-4 days if they did not prioritize her problem, and help us. THANK YOU!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! They have a Super Friendly staff! They always gets my CPAP order right. Jackie is the best! She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the newest products available. Fast order turn around, even if it is not in stock.

I have done business elsewhere, but now that i have found Advanced Medical Homecare, I'm not going anywhere else... Billing staff really knows how to read an EOB from my insurance carrier, and they can explain it to me so i understand it too! Easy on line payment system for my co-pays (if any!)
