Today my wife and I tried out Chili's for the first time in about 5 years. We both had the Bacon Ranch Big Mouth Burger. I had to take 1/4 of mine home was so big. It was definitely worth going. We may come back again before Christmas. Nice day out for us!

We had Mike as our waiter he was very nice and respectful. he was very entertaining. He could remember our orders without having to wrote it down, I thought that was very impressive. Our food was amazing had to take it home. Definitely recommend this place and the Waiter Mike.

Food prep was great. My drink wasn't served in the correct glass but not a big deal. My drink was very tasty. The little to big things were met 100% great. Server was prompt, fast and friendly. Definitely would recommend and I will be returning.

Great restaurant and wonderful location. However, the food is a little bit too salty

The cheeseburgers were cooked perfectly along with everything else we ordered. The manager is always friendly and helpful if needed. The takeout employees fast, friendly and always have a smile.

My wife and I had dinner yesterday and it was amazing. We normally visit the KOP location but happen to be shopping in Downingtown and decided to try Parksburg Chili's. We were greeted warmly by the hostess immediately. Once we arrived at our table Chyanne came over and greeted us. Chyanne was full of energy, very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, walked us through the menu, brought refills with out us asking, prebussed (you don't see that to often at other restaurants) literally the BEST SERVICE we've had in any restaurant In the past 5 yrs. The food was hot, fresh, sampler was awesome (tenders hot n crispy and SW eggrolls were lightly crisp and you can tell the oil is clean and filtered - food not greasy) everything cooked perfectly (burger ordered pink and it was to perfection! I was in restaurant management for years and was a corporate trainer so, I said to my Wife, I bet this store is a Training Store. I just had to ask and Chyanne and she confirmed that they had a few managers in training (MIT). I will tell you this, you need to get Chyanne involved in both in- house training and corporate training because she is special. I left out the restaurant was exceptionally clean. Also Manager Devan visited our table and was very polite and professional. We shared our feedback with her as well. Please let your Team know that they are doing an amazing job and to keep it up. Thank You Chyanne and Devan for providing World Class Customer Service :)

Loved it ....Brittany and Nadine are awesome servers!!!!! Parkesburg PA location!!!! 🌶 ...great food and great service .... 🌽 on the cob was delicious!!!!!!! Cole slaw ....slamm'n. Ribs were fantastic. Loved it!!!!!💓😁😋

Ate and drank at the bar. Great service and food was real good too. Ordered the 3 meat fajita skillet and had the boneless wings for an appetizer.

Only gave 3 stars for service because the server had too many tables and we waited quite awhile. Good awesome! Margaritas awesome! I will definitely go back soon!

Great service by Cynthia. She had to serve three different areas oh, the bar the the bar dining area and the other dining area. I was amazed at the consistency of her smile and checking up on us constantly. Chili's better be prepared to pay a good employee like her well considering the shortness of staff that we have and restaurants these days oh, she was exceptional!

My dad and I meet up here every couple of weeks for dinner, it is always a great meal and very filling. The restaurant is very clean, sanitary, everyone is spaced out. We felt very safe going here. The specials are always fantastic and it's smart to sign up with the club because you get free items. Staff is always friendly and having a great time. The location in Gap Pennsylvania especially is our favorite!
