Excellent customer service and great products. They are knowledgeable, patient, and have a good selection. Purchased a Canik TP9 Elite SC here and love it. Would definitely come back, just wish they had hours after 5PM once or twice a week so I can drop by after work but I can just make time on Saturday. Very responsive to email.

Probably one of the best gun stores I’ve ever been to. Super patient, great inventory, probably the best prices around, and really friendly. I find myself not wanting to go anywhere else anymore honestly! Definitely recommend checking them out.

Awesome family owned small business. Matt and Jen are the best, Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have been here for A couple new purchases, some gunsmith services, FFL services and at times nothing more than advice. Always more than satisfied with the experience. Matt Really knows his firearms and archery. They have a great inventory and very reasonable prices. Stop by and see them, you will be glad you did. Support local small business, that's what America is all about, the American dream. They also have a very nice fireplace store out front.

Shop here for a better selection and more knowledge than much larger stores. These are owner / operators who love what they do and it shows. You’ll get spoiled here and not want to go anywhere else.

Absolutely the best gun shop in town. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and will always answer even the most basic questions without making someone feel like an idiot. They are a fairly small shop so sometimes their inventory won't be super extensive, but they are constantly getting in new stock. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Bought a H&K VP-9 and was happy with sales and service. Clean shop, knowledgeable staff, pleasant experience. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

EDIT: Kevin Lambert (reviewer below) look at the address again. They moved down the street to a much nicer shop last year.

Staff is great and knowledgeable, always provide excellent service and competitive pricing especially with the market the way it currently is. Another shop 10 miles down the road wouldn’t sell me 5.56 ammo unless I bought a rifle from them at the rate of $950 for a dpms. Support this business!!!

I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I've purchased multiple firearms here, and will continue to do so. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want. They're friendly and extremely knowledgeable of many firearm platforms, as well as the accessories that go along with them. If you're looking to purchase a firearm, or even need help finding the right one, look no further. Chester County Outdoors is your one stop shop. You won't be disappointed.

Bought my first firearm here. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Subsequent visits for other items proved to offer the same positive experience.
Owners' recommendation to go to The Sportsmans Club in East Earl for First Shot class and lessons was spot on.

Went in there this afternoon nervous as anything, with next to no knowledge as to what I was doing or what I was looking for. I left with a smile on my face and my heart set on a particular product. The employees there were more than happy to help me with any question I had, no matter how silly it was. I'll definitely be returning, they've earned my business for sure!

I used this place when I had a mechanical issue with my weapon. They promptly fixed it, and when I went in to pick it up; I ended up purchasing a new gun as well as their prices were so competitive.

Very friendly/courteous service, and I definitely plan to use them again.

Great customer service. I've been in many times to look and they've always treated me like I've spent thousands of dollars. I've been to many gun shops and often felt like they just couldn't wait to sell me something. I never got that vibe here. Nice work guys.
