McDonald's

I wouldn’t normally review a McDonald’s but today I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Mickey D’s in my entire life.

When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady on the mic (Lisbeth) had the nicest, most welcoming, and warm voice. And when I got to the first window to pay for the Arnold Palmer (1/2 iced tea/lemonade) that I didn’t include in my app order I saw Lisbeth at work. She was just as warm to the people pulling up behind me as she was to me.

My order was off the app as you’ll see in the attached photo. I used the BOGO Bacon McDoubles deal that I always use and I customize it with:
No mustard, ketchup, or cheese
Extra onion
And extra spice pepper sauce

When I drove up to the second window to pick up my order the manager on duty popped out and said: “OMG you customize your McDoubles the same way I do mine! You’re the first person I’ve ever seen do this besides me!”

I told her that the extra onions and spice pepper sauce really elevate the burger (it does). She ended our exchange with “Thank you for being iconic!” Before I was handed my food.

A great experience indeed.

Great food with friendly staff but my only complaint are the paper straws. Hey I get it, people want to be environmentally conscious, cool. But on the flip side there was no recycling bin so everything went in the trash can... kinda defeats the purpose...... At least sea turtles can't do cocaine with mushy straws while they lay out on the trash island that's floating in the middle of the Pacific Ocean but damn if there are no plastic straws there #winning!!!

The lady behind the microphone how to change the whole order. So that it would match up with their specials and I would get the better deal. But she didn't realize this till already after taking the whole order. She did a great job catching it, and redoing the whole order over without showing any kind of frustration! I would highly recommend this establishment

I've dealt with the manager of this location multiple times and he has always been kind and gone above and beyond for me. Would highly recommend.

Employees are not very friendly.
Only one friendly is the male supervisor I encounter once in awhile in the morning.

A little slow in taking my order but the service and food were fine after that

It's a McDonald's, I rarely eat fast food anymore but the limited edition Smoky BLT QPC is one of the yummiest I've had from McDonald's in a long time. I recently had their filet of fish and wow the sizes have gotten so tiny but the price has certainly gone up over the years. But again, Smoky BLT QPC is worth the drive thru. Their drive thru here can be tricky to navigate when their busy, so please be aware and be careful.

Best McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Associates are very polite and fast workers! Food is always extremely fresh. Oil never has the "old" taste.

It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. That said, the drive thru moves quickly and efficiently. I go there for lunch a lot since I work nearby and I've never had an issue with an order.

Great McDonald's. Visit frequent for lunch. Usually use mobile app and usually no issues. Even when I order dipping sauces they don't forgot like other McDonald's. Fast and great service.

Good service. Accurate

They're very friendly and hardworking. Cleanest and most efficient McDonalds in Chester County. They are often understaffed, so it can take longer sometimes than they really should, but they still work hard to keep that smile and greet you and make sure you leave happy with your food. The night crew could use some work, but most of them are untrained kids working 10 hrs a week. Best time to go here is anytime between 8am - 1pm. That's when the place is at its best.

Wow!!! Kate (Manager) is an amazing woman!! Long story short, I had just watched a 21 minute YouTube video on the homeless and how they are not being helped or fed because of greed and wrongful judgement by the public and how sad this was as I always pay it forward when I can. I pull into the drive through and discover that I lost my wallet and a nice young lady told me to pull up and speak to Kate. When I offered to return and pay she quickly shot me down and said “it’s on us today.” After watching the video I just watched 15 minutes prior, this was a sign and deserved mention. Kate and the young lady’s name I didn’t catch should be cloned 100 million times over again because it gives skeptics like myself hope that the world can and will do better. Way to go Kate and young lady. Thank you for this gesture and the 6 bucks I was supposed to spend on 20 nuggets will be used to buy someone else a meal on my way home tonight. As for McDonalds, find a way to hold on to these two women as long as you can!

This is the fastest and most efficient drive-thru I've ever been in. They must clear 100 cars an hour during lunch. I got in through a packed line and out in about 10 mnutes.
