I live right next door to the office I find them to be very well sometimes too hard to deal with but so is everybody I would recommend living there

I definitely have to say one word from me to the Clinton county housing authority,,,, Greatfull! Tia and her other co-workers have helped me with sooo much when I had almost nothing. Nothing but good things to say about them. A huge THANK YOU

The staff always go above and beyond to help their clients. The buildings are well maintained. I highly recommend CCHA for your housing needs.

The apartment is good IF it is up to date! The neighborhood isn't so great. There's some good and bad neighbors but in the end no one talks to one another.

The office for this place is terrible. You wait days upon days to hear from them. Heck some times you don't hear from them at all. Especially Anthony. He claims that you can get ahold of him almost everyday. WRONG!

I have lived here for almost 12 yrs and I really haven't had any problems or real complaints until the past few months and that problem is with Anthony. He lets his job title go straight to his head. Another one at the office that is very hard to deal with is Tia. Her job title has gone to her head too. If I could afford to live someplace else, I would.

I've been on their waiting list since 2020. Everytime I've tried to contact someone no one is ever there. A few emails and calls had just gone to waste. Unfortunately I'm still in a place that my kids and I aren't welcomed in
