I read some reviews about repairs taking quite some time but frankly excellence sometimes takes a little longer. The quality of work performed is simply outstanding and when your exotic vehicle is damaged it needs to be fixed properly the first time. I can't recommend them any higher. As far as communication goes they always promptly took my calls and answered my emails and so I am overall very satisfied. Thanks!

Jamie and Steve know this product better than the manufacturers do! If you are looking for perfection when it comes to fixing your car, look no further. You get what you pay for in this world, these guys hit homeruns on a daily basis!!

Highly recommend this car repair shop. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, responsive, and they did a beautiful job. They even assisted with the return of the rental car. A pleasure to deal with them!

I occasionally stop by Karosserie to see the incredible cars in their showroom. The staff is always friendly and lets me take pictures.

Awesome place, they do great work. Cars come in wrecked and leave mint condition. Jamie helped me out. Great costumer service. They treat you like family and your car as if it's there own.

Our car was hit by a driver backing up into our drivers side doors, leaving a huge dent and scrapes. Tim at Karosserie helped us every step of the way, he worked with us and the insurance company to make sure everything went smooth. The car turned out looking absolutely beautiful, the work is so seamless you can’t tell anything happened, and it looks better than ever! Absolutely use Karosserie, 10/10!

After striking out 4 other shops, luck landed me at Karosserie. I had bumper and side body damage to my Tesla. I was treated with top level customer service from the moment I called to inquire. Car was in and out within 7 working days and looks great.

Jamie was such a professional. My wife just got her car back today from getting Paint Protection Film installed and she had already called Jamie prior to ask about possibly replacing the windshield in her car she just got (has a micro-scratch/chip that is hard to see). Jamie had said to stop in anytime with the car to say hello, and for him to check it out. Since we were coming from Malvern, Karosserie is only a short drive up 30.

We stopped in and he was so nice and helpful. A true professional and totally honest about the windshield (he said to not remove it but to drive it and save the replacement glass for down the road). We know where to go if anything is needed on her cars in the future. A first class business! Thanks Jamie, it was a pleasure to meet you and to chat (and show you her car) for a few. 👍

The great folks at Karosserie have repaired my Tesla three times. Each time the experience from my first step into their office to picking up the finished product has been superb.

Mandy and Diane in the front office are competent , courteous, and friendly and make you feel welcome and appreciated.

A Five Star operation from start to finsish!

I was sick to my stomach after getting T-boned in my new Audi S4. Jamie and the entire Karosserie team did a great job restoring my car to like it just came off the showroom floor. I can't be more satisfied with the way they took the time to explain everything to me and kept me up to date on the process.

You roll your ‘baby’ in with dents, scratches, crumples or maybe even frame damage… be patient and you will roll out with a nearly factory new car. If you are lucky enough to have the Karosserie team work on your high end wheels, you will be very happy.

Just got my vehicle back after approximately 2 months and I must say it was worth the wait!! My veh looks brand new again! Period! Although it took some time (mainly due to waiting on parts) I’m totally happy with the end result!! They did great work!!

Vehicle was collateral damage in auto accident. Karosserie’s collision repair performed on vehicle is without comparison. Their attention to every detail is meticulous, which is what we all desire in a bodyshop.

I went into this place wanting to cry and by just talking to Jamie we walked that way feeling so much better. When you leave your car here you're leaving in good hands. Whenever I talk about how I scratched my car, people were telling me that I should bring it to Karosserie. They were right.

Had my car repaired last fall after it took some damage in a parking lot. The work they did was exceptional, and the team was really accommodating and pleasant to work with. They are my go-to for body work from now on.

Bringing your car to have body work done is like Vito Corleone bringing Sonny to the Undertsker because the Don, “didn’t want his mother to see him looking like this”. They are the BEST there is. Your car will take some time but it will be back to you looking better than when you drove it out of the showroom. If you are in love with your car... This is the ONLY place to take it to get repaired. You can take this to the Bank.

I do tell for a company that does Towing for this body shop but if you've ever seen the vehicles these guys work on and the work they've put out it is phenomenal they are the best in the business and again if I could afford a car today I would probably take it to this body shop but I can't afford anything they work on but just nice people
