My best friend and I wanted our first tattoos to be matching sun/moon tattoos, and Ellora did such a good job with bringing our ideas to life. We will love our tattoos for the rest of our lives! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She let us know what she was doing before she did it and explained the aftercare process perfectly. The tattoos healed really well and we will definitely be back for more! If you're looking for high-quality and kind artists, 100% definitely go here.

A very quick and painless experience! A little on the pricey side but you pay for what you get! Paul is very knowledgeable and talented at the art of tattooing and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a tattoo, whether it be your first or one of many, Paul is the guy to go to!

I recently went in for a piercing. I got there a few minutes before noon, just before they opened. The new tattoo artist was waiting for the doors to open as well so she could get into work. We chatted while we waited for everyone else to get there. She was amazing friendly, and made me feel like I had already made the perfect decision. The piercer got there just a few minutes after the doors opened. He was wonderful. I've gotten piercings done by him before, but this was the best experience I ever had. I was getting two done, and the first one made me sick. He held the trash can while I was sick, and got me water and some chocolate, and made sure I was okay. After I settled down, he did the second piercing for me. He was so wonderful. I will never go to another piercer in state college besides Jim. I've had many piercings and tattoos done, but this was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. The staff was so concerned about me, and it was extremely refreshing.

Honestly, I had THE best experience here. Jen did a verse on my inner arm and it was the least painful tattoo I've had (I have 4 others). She is extremely light handed and STEADY! Well priced and was done in about 50 minutes. Great, great, great. I could NOT be happier!!! Already scheduled next appointment.

Outstanding tattoo artist in Central Pennsylvania! The states best fine line and portrait detailed ink artist. Very clean. Professional and has been in the business for over 25 years! Playboy magazine even featured his tattoo/piercing parlor I forget what year it was but I can tell you that it was a Valentine's day issue with Anna Nickole Smith on the front cover! Way to go Paul!! Highly recommended!!

Absolutely the best tattoo artist on the East Coast I don't trust anybody else with my blood ink skin or family skin as my wife gets all her ain't done by Paul he was even featured back in 1994 Playboy magazine as a Pioneer in body piercing within a tattoo parlor. Been in business almost three decades no horror stories from Paul he's the best he did my Avril Lavigne tattoo and it looks just like her Avril even liked it!!!

Not only am I impressed with the awesome work Paul does.... But his sterile precessing technique is as good as in the hospital where I work!!!
