Party City

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever with this store and the Manager Alex together with his team. I had an issue with a gift balloon delivery and the recipient was not at the location. Alex followed-up and went the extra mile to help me. Balloons were delivered beautifully. Alex is a true asset to Party City. Thank you!

We had a Rockstar 4th Birthday Party and ordered 5 jumbo balloons and 20 regular helium. Every employee in the store was so helpful and friendly during the 3 trips we made over the last week. Really great experience.

I picked up an online order from Party City today and let me tell you.....it was the EASIEST experience ever! Through the online system, I was able to let them know that I was on my way to the store and that I had arrived at the store. The store associate had my bag in his hand waiting for me to walk in the door. He was very pleasant and kind. I literally walked in, received my order and was out the door in less than a minute. This is such a huge time saver!
This location has been remodeled in the past few years and is absolutely gorgeous. It is always clean and organized. I love wandering around and taking my time to shop there, however sometimes a quick trip is necessary. This store is great for both.

I've shopped here for years. The store is always clean and well stocked. I've never had any issues. Whenever I've needed help I'd get it.

On occasion it's quite busy (weekends, graduations, holidays). So expect to wait for service or help! Especially with balloons.

It's best to order balloons ahead and avoid walking in. Weekdays work best for walk-ins if you're like me and forget! I also wish they were more consistent with the ribbon curling. Sometimes they're curled, sometimes they're not.

I plan to keep shopping here.

Got balloons for my cousins graduation. Ordered online and paid online and was a super easy pickup once I got there. Cashier Alex was very nice and they had great service.

Great stuff for all party and events only thing I don’t understand the logic that if I bought balloons in party city why will party city charge me to blew up that balloons?

This place used to be kinda nasty but I had to go buy overpriced paper plates and the store was very clean. They had plenty of choices for plates and plasticware. My wife called me a hero and the 25 people at Thanksgiving didn't have to eat on paper towels. Personally I would have been happy with dollar store plates but I am WT like that.

This location has done a complete 180 from the last time I was there pre-pan. During prior visits the store was staffed by teens who seemed bothered to be there and offered little help. My visit yesterday was amazingly opposite. I was greeted, I received help without attitude, check out was quick! They had exactly what I was looking to purchase and they even offered free delivery! (Spend over $60 and get free delivery, no catch or charge beyond that!) Perfect customer service! Thank you!!

I was picking up balloons that were pre ordered and they were ready per promised right at opening time. Was in and out of store in 2 minutes. Lots of parking too.

My daughter was turning one on Saturday. I had ordered balloons on Amazon weeks ago . The night before her birthday as I was decorating the balloons I got off amazon were so small and poppin as I blew them up. It was 15 minutes till party city closed I got there 5 minutes prior to them closing and was able to get all the balloons I needed. I even called to make sure it would be okay to still come. Since some stores tend to close befor let the actually closing time They were all so helpful.

Ordered curbside pickup for a specific time, including balloons. I was there 5 mins early but they were ready! Even put everything in the car for me. Great service.

Grace saved my daughter’s birthday! We were set to have a balloon delivery the night before her 2nd bday and due to a snow storm the delivery was going to be rescheduled. Grace hand delivered our balloons. Thanks again!

Fun and happy shopping experience at Halloween time. I enjoyed choosing my Halloween costume. You are able to try costumes on. I'm amazed by how much is available here. Would definitely return. Besides costumes, there are many party supplies.

This location has a great full selection of just about everything!

Amazing! So many items to choose from! Also my best friend Matthew works there! If you see Matthew tell him he is super cool! He is awesome and helps me get the dope items for my parties!

Had a wide range of graduation party related items. The store was well organized on the day of my visit. Employees were knowledgeable and very friendly.

Courteous and gave my 4 year old a free balloon which made her smile 😃 and she was very happy 😊 the rest of the day

They have so many selections and very nice but didn't have lilo and stitch so a little disappointed
