I talked with Tim on the phone about a Scag Patriot Zero turn mower. He answered all of my questions and I went up to the shop a few days later to test drive one. I wanted one with a Kawasaki engine, there wasn’t one in the shop but Tim assured me if there was one at the warehouse he could get it for me. He called the warehouse while I was there and they had one so I paid for my mower and it was ordered immediately. Less than a week later I got a phone call from Tim saying that my mower was delivered to them. He arranged to get it up and running and deliver it to me the following morning. I have never had such a good experience with such nice people. He assured me that they will take care of me, for my service needs, and I have no doubt that they will follow through. I look forward to working with them in the future with keeping my mower in tip top shape and in great running order. Thanks Tim for making me feel so comfortable in buying a mower from Ports.
