Took my vehicle into Meineke for exhaust system replacement and state inspection. Very friendly service and timely call backs and updates. Thorough diagnostic service check and reporting. Estimate of work provided.

It’s one of best mechanical shop i ever seen in west Chester. The job was done in a timely and efficient manner. The technical report was a pretty detailed a lot more than any other mechanical can do where they went above and beyond.

Everyone I’ve met who works there is incredibly polite and goes above and beyond, Tony especially! They always check to make sure everything is good with my car even if I’m only there for an oil change. They let me know far in advance if anything may need replacing or repairing in the future and realistically how important it is when it comes to keeping my car running. They always are informative and answer all questions I may have. It’s the only place I’d trust with my car!

Patrick at Meineke is professional and helpful. I had tires put on and an alignment done. They were very helpful. I hav been taking our family’s vehicles here for over 8 years and appreciate the quality of service and helpfulness of the staff!

I have been taking my 3 vehicles here for a long time now, for oil changes and State Inspection, they do a terrific job, are very knowledgeable and friendly, and Tony the service writer is always accommodating in getting me in when I need to, I haven’t had to have any repairs done yet, because my vehicles are still under warranty by the dealer, but for all other things, I would not think about going anywhere else but mieneke, you won’t be disappointed, trust me

The two men working the front desk were so nice. Even though they were so busy they helped me with a nail in my tire. They did not have to do that as they were short staffed but saw that I was panicking a bit and did not want me leaving with my tire like that! They cared! Thank you! Great place!

I was in an emergency situation with a nail on my tire, it was late in the day, and the place down the street said they could not help! Thankfully Meineke saw my emergency and went out of their way to immediately help. Thanks you!

Showed up to my 2 o'clock appointment scheduled online and was told they couldn't take my truck as they didn't have the capacity. As I was leaving quite miffed, I received a call from one of the gentleman indicating that he saw me leaving and noticed my truck was brand new (purchased in Maryland so it didn't need inspection), and told me to come back. They inspected my truck and turned my frown upside down.

Fantastic automotive maintenance and even better people. Been going there for 8 years and never been disappointed. Fair and honest. Will go above and beyond to match a better price if you find one. I recently bought new tires and went to them for an alignment…no charge since they determined no adjustment was needed. Another example, they repaired a serious fuel leak same day and the final cost came in half of the estimate due to reduced repair time. Recently replaced my anti-lock brake control module. Always honest and professional and they have earned my trust every time.

The manager Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful and my mechanic Alex was terrific. This place is clean and convenient.

Pete was friendly & great to deal with by phone and in person. They took me same day. Very accommodating. Very clean & neat setting. I received a repair recommendation by text within a couple hours including photos of the repair to substantiate the work proposed. Cost was fair & pickup easy without a wait on either end. I highly recommend this Meineke shop.
