The Oaks Branch has the best people working there. Extremely friendly and super helpful. I was amazed by the care and interest shown to me during my last visit. Honestly, I wish all locations employed a professional and caring staff like the one found in Oaks. Kudos to the awesome staff!! David W

Was there on the 22Jul2023. Some son of a #$%*& hacked into my credit card and bought stuff on my account. The ladies at the Oaks branch were very helpful on getting things straightened out. Thanks!

I absolutely love this place. Again, I love this credit union from a place I used to work at. Cathy Earl is the one to go too. She is the best and will take care of you like your family. I love all of them there but no one can top Cathy off. She is the best and works hard from the bottom of her heart. I have not met anyone that works with banking with her passion. She is wonderful. I drive there just for her. If u have any questions and want to open a bank account, u better see Cathy Earl! She is the best and I feel lucky-blessed to have her around.

I love this credit union! The service is amazing and their kasasa checking account has saved me so much money! The branch itself is so spacious and cozy. Definitely grab a free drink and say hello!

I love Ardent Credit Union. I've been using them for well over a decade, dating back to when they were SB1 Credit Union, as my mother worked for GSK at the time.

However, the Phoenixville/Oaks Location is bar none the worst customer experience you can have anywhere in Montgomery County. The staff here are entirely disengaged, juvenile, unprofessional, and down right useless. They do not know any aspect of their job roles at all, every single solitary question or request requires a phone call or an additional employee to assist.

I've had numerous bad experiences at this location, to the point that I do not even bother physically banking anymore, it's pointless to enter this building.

I once had to cash out my 401K after working as a Police Dispatcher as my beloved dog got diagnosed with late stage lymphoma, and his treatment bills had skyrocketed. So I was visiting this train wreck of a location to deposit said check, I was belligerently hounded by a middle aged desk clerk about how i should "secure a job before cashing out a 401k and only desperate people do that" ... Why would you assume I did not have a job, and of course I'm desperate, I'm trying to save my dog's life! My paychecks go direct deposit into my Ardent Checking Account you useless woman!

I then went in the following week for the Lend a Paw line of credit they were running, to assist with the medical fees, I got a different teller who also assumed I didn't make enough money for a tiny loan, assumed this based on my hoodie/sweatpants, instead of looking at all of my accounts or running a credit check, which go through this credit union! She later apologized for her behaviour, but again... Terrible experience!

Then I had the pleasure of watching two physical employees and one patched in via phone, all juggle how to open a single loan this evening for my fiance. Even had the pleasure of visibly seeing and hearing an employee complain that it was close to closing time, and they had places to be. I swear everyone here is senile or on drugs. Avoid this place like the plague! Just bank online or at any other location on earth.

If any manager happens to see this, and would like some face to face feedback, I would love to have a closed door conversation, any day of the week!

Tip for the owner! You may want to start replying to the negative reviews here, not just the extremely complimentary reviews. You've already won them over, you should be trying to make it right with the folks leaving a negative review. This is marketing in it's most basic form. Feel free to reach out if you ever would like some help there too.
