Fast and friendly service. It's not the most obvious location. From the street it just looks like a non-customer distribution center. However there is a public to go in.

Deonna was extremely helpful, professional, and just a lovely person that helped me box up my gifts to send from PA to CA. I will use this FedEx location for all of my shipping needs from now on. This is the West Chester location on S. Matlock Street. Thank you very much, Deonna!!!!!

For personal reasons, I could not wait for the standard delivery to my house, so I had the package put on hold at the facility for pickup by me. When I got there, there was only one person ahead of me in line, and I was waited on within 2 minutes. The associate behind the counter was polite, friendly, helpful, and quick to locate my package and bring it to the front desk. I showed my ID, signed the screen, and I was out the door. It was all very efficient and there were no problems at all.

Oct 1, 2020, just minutes before closing I found a very friendly & efficient woman at the counter. I was picking up an envelope for my sister who had called the general# for how to do this, so we were ready w necessary id, etc. But after the conversation she thought it wouldn't go smoothly. However, it did & I wish I got the woman's name, bc she's a keeper! Please share this compliment with her. Thanks!

This FedEx office is right off US 202 with good customer parking right in front of the office door. They have all the envelopes and shipping boxes you'd need.

I've been going to this location for a while. The customer service representatives are really nice if you are nice to them. Because of the Covid-19 only 2 customers are allowed inside at a time.

Very convenient location, you can come from back roads or just drive to the intersection of US 202 and Matlack Street, coming from 202 South make a left at Matlack Street.
The customers parking and entrance are located on Matlack street once you get off US 202. Willowbrook Lane is just to exit the facility (very odd address).

Had to send back a return. Was in and out within 5 min. Love the service, Thank you!

I inadvertantly put a UPS label in the FedEx envelope and deposited the envelope in the FedEx pick-up box. I realized my mistake a couple of hours later. I called FedEx and they were able to direct me to their West Chester Office. This office found my package within a couple of hours, called me on my cell phone, used my account # to send it via FedEx without me having to go back to their office again. The lady at the FedEx office was just awesome. Thank you.

I have used this office several times, the employees are very polite and helpful, last week I arrived late and they opened the door for me, not only that, I dropped my badge and they took the time to deliver it to my company, wow! FedEx have always provided me with great service and now they have exceeded my expectations.

Friendly and helpful attendant! Convenient location, go around front for package drop off. They have shipping material available for purchase as well.
