Burger King

I travel near this location a few times a week, and I've been here 3 times in the last 3 months.
All 3 of my experiences with this location have been outstanding (compared to other fast-food restaurants).
I've only used the drive-thru, and the wait times have been minimal, my orders are always correct, the food is hot and flavorfu, the presentation of the food is way above the average fast-food restaurant, of course it doesn't look exactly like the pictures or the commercials but the employees of this location do a great job.
I looked at the past reviews, and my experiences are 100% different from all but one of the previous reviews.
It seems this location has made a 180° change for the better, and I suggest you give them a try.

Burger King in Talleyville was good. Fast and friendly service for sure. As you can see from the picture, no eat in tray, but with the use of coupons, $9.48 for 2 Whopper Jr.s 3 french fries, and an order of chicken fries can't be beat. You don't need to ask for ketchup too.

Amazing guest services even beats chick fil a hospitality. Great services will come back 100% and 100% recommend

I’m giving them this for you because I thought I lost my keys but they were in my hoodie. They tried to find them for me thank you but I just left them in my hoodie pocket.😭

I know the Westtown location has had some issues. But the other night the CC machine was glitching and Charles was so beyond helpful and nice and made things right! Working drive through and cooking. He had a smile on his face and cared about his customers. Well done Charles. I'll be back !

I come at lunch and my food is always hot and thats a plus.

Reading through the reviews here.... The only thing I can comment on is that this Burger King closes early at 5pm. The Impossible Whoppers were very good (on multiple occasions) since I'm Vegetarian! The Cheese burgers thst were for someone else were good. The inside store is closed so Only the Drive-Thru is open. I've only seen maybe 1-2 people working this location. I believe it is a male manager who has always been courteous to me. The female worker has always been courteous to me when she was working there which has maybe 3 times when I was there. I believe this location is understaffed due to the ongoing pandemic which I can understand. Both CVS Pharmacy's on Boot Rd in East and West Goshen Township are undergoing staffing problems due to the Head Pharmacist quitting in the past 2-3 weeks.

I just want to hold up one of the managers at this Burger King. Wife called me while I was shopping at the nearby giant, and said that she felt the food was not up to standard. It was around 9:00 p.m. Asked me to go to Burger King and see if I can get a fresh order. The manager Omar came out and didn't ask me for a receipt or make me prove that I bought the food. He went in and prepared my order himself. Went home satisfied and hero.

I've never seen this location crowded, but never had lunch here either. Clean and neat. They always have the latest national promotions. Staff seems well trained. I stopped by to try the Impossible burger. Tasted like a Whopper! Would be best super hot though. If you like BK its a good one.

This is my 4th time here the manager Charles knows me by name and I get the same thing everyday great person will recommend family and friends when they come town thank you burger king for hiring a great person...

Came to get some food dropped my order the manager replaced the whole order with no hesitation told him he didn't have to it was my fault but he insisted definitely will return because of that....thank you Charles

We stopped in during a busy lunchtime today. Service was very polite and efficient. The food was hot and just as ordered. Great team!

As far as fast food restaurants go this is one of my favorites. The staff is always super friendly and whenever we have the kids in the car they always get a little crown. Our order is always correct and the service is fast.

Around 3:30pm august 12th came in the manager was kind enough to grab a staff member, they were cleaning cause it was dead the lady running the register took my order quickly and had it cooked and bagged in less then 5 minutes very on point would recommend

Great service and food is fresh

One of the better 'Bodegas" in Jersey City. Very friendly staff, good $3 Deli sandwiches. It also stocks Diet Coke which is hard to find in most of the stores in Jersey City that are not big retail chain stores..

Great customer service!! The manger was extremely friendly and helpful!!! It's absolutely worth driving out of West Chester to go to this Burger King instead of the location on South High St.
