Exceptional service Jim was very helpful. Professional answered all my question. Gave me a quote & price prior to doing the job even went an extra step by recommending the road hazard warranty, accidental warranty, which I think fantastic $30 more for as long as the tire on the car.

I will definitely come here again if I need any service on my car. They took me in without an appointment and fixed my car the same day with no issues and for a reasonable price. Customer service was friendly and informative. Great experience, thanks for fixing my car.

Bringing my own parts and getting a better rate saved me over $ 1,000 compared to Welsh Auto in West Chester. Had my A/C system replaced. Marshall and Jim, the Service Reps were great. Thanks! John D

Had my tires rotated today which was a free service since I purchased my tires at Tires etc. Zack recommended an alignment which I agrreed with. Also, I requested getting inspection since I was there. My insurance card in the glove box was out dated. The technician called my insurance company and verified coverage. I didn’t even realize he did. That was very nice. I was having lunch nearby. Overall a great experience today. Thanks Zack and crew.

Best prices for tires in the area hands down! Was able to secure 4 new General Altimax RT45 for the best price including installation! Car was ready in a few hours and drives fantastically. Would recommend for tires!

Zack was AMAZING! I was shopping around for tires last minute for a friend that desperately needed them. I asked Zack a million questions, and he took the time to answer every single one of them, and helped me decide on the right tires for her car. He was kind, and extremely helpful. On top of all that, he told me I could drop my car off immediately-which I did, and had it back in a few hours. I will definitely use Tires etc. again in the future!!

I heard that the manager drinks a few gallons of chocolate milk a day. But don’t let this deter you, all of that protein is put to good use. Cheap oil changes and tires. No upselling. What more is there to like!

I almost never write a review, but simply had to write one about TiresEtc. I was in West Chester for work, hit a pothole that resulted in a flat tire, which I only discovered as I was leaving to go home - a 2-1/2 hour drive. I found TiresEtc. on Google, it was only a 1+ miles from work, so I crawled over and asked if they could help me, immediately, so I could get home.
They were gracious, friendly and incredibly helpful. And I got home in one piece.

Justin was my salesperson/service advisor. He gave me a great deal on 4 new tires with mounting, balancing, and the alignment for my KIA Sportage. The KIA dealership's tire quote was way more expensive and that was even with their tire special of buy 3 get one for $1. I'm thankful that Justin was able to give me such a great deal
especially with the holiday season being here!

Sherman & Marshall were fantastic. Very kind and helpful. I had three lights come on in my car and they were all related to the braking system. They were kind enough to talk to a dear friend of mine regarding the repairs necessary. You see I lost my husband a year-and-a-half ago. And he would take care of this kind of stuff. Let's just put it this way between my friend's help and TIRES, ETC, everything went smoothly, and all their help just made me feel so grateful and humble and it brought tears to my eyes in the end, and, of course, it's because I am grieving, but it never would have brought the tears about if it weren't for such kind people being so helpful. Regardless of the repairs needed, and it can be costly, and my car's a little older, and that's on me, but I couldn't afford all the repairs and so they did what needed to be done to get it back on the road and then suggested to make sure i take care of the other stuff as soon as i can. It's so nice and refreshing to deal with such kind people, and this is my second experience with them. Both are thumbs up, five stars, 💯,...etc. etc. (Hahahaha)

Absolutely perfect experience at Tires Etc. They diligently tested out a tire when the electronic sensor suggested it was low pressure, and found no nail or other object in it, thus saving me replacing it. They also did the oil change perfectly while the car was there anyway, and had great communication throughout. I'm done with Tires Plus down the street - Tires Etc is my new "go-to" car and tire stop in West Chester. Fantastic experience here.

Had a wonderful experience here. Brought my car in very last minute for what I thought was just a brakes issue. Turns out to be much bigger issue with the subframe. They helped find a mechanic to do the body work for me and got me a quote. They then took care of the brakes work. Just incredibly helpful. Will definitely return here for any future needs.

Had both taillight assemblies replaced. Excellent customer service and rates.

Really appreciated the time and care taken towards addressing my tire pressure indicator light issues, including full service inspection of each tire. Even though this team took the time to take all tires off, and found the issue was minor- they did everything in their capacity to ensure it wasn’t a bigger issue. I appreciate that they didn’t even attempt do unnecessary work and didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need done. Furthermore, the general manager- I think his name was Jeff- showed me some basic useful info about my car that will come in handy in the future. It’s the first time I’ve ever had a mechanic give me basic education in a non condescending and generally helpful way. Definitely will be returning to them for my car’s larger needs!
