Garrison's Cyclery

Awesome shop, they stock basically all categories of bicycles and every component you might need. They didn't happen to have the one I wanted, so they ordered it no issues.

I like that they are approachable and friendly despite being very busy with walk in service all summer, they staff 4-6 people which is about 3 more than most places I've seen.

They've always been happy to make time when possible. I'll go here for as long as I live in the area!

So worth the drive from Lewes. I called all over looking for a few specific bikes to test ride. Garrison’s had 5 different brands/models on my list. No one else came close. I felt bad asking Rob to set up 4 different bikes for me to try, but he couldn’t have been nicer. I found very different feels in similar style bikes. Test rides were crucial to making a good decision. Settled on a Surly Bridge Club and I couldn’t be happier. I thought I might be between sizes, and they had both!
Between the exceptional customer service, the inventory and the technical expertise, this is by far the best LBS I’ve ever visited. (Oh, and no sales tax in DE.)

Went in to get a new tire for my son's bike, and they replaced it. Clint also bent the frame back into place, adjusted and repaired the derailleur and made my son's bike like new! This all happened while we waited. I highly recommend this bike shop!

Stopped by last week to try a bike that I had researched online, and am considering purchasing. Clint set the bike up for me and allowed me to take it for a ride, it was great! I noticed another bike, he also showed me that bike. I did not purchase a bike, (yet) but when I do, I absolutely will buy from Garrison. A tremendous selection, knowledgeable employees, and great service, all that you could ask for from a LBS!

Rob, the owner, runs an amazing business here. The staff are friendly and never push something just to make a sale. They listen to their clients needs, recommend multiple products, and are always eager to answer questions. Rob stayed over two hours past closing to make sure the bike was properly tuned and all of my questions were answered! Talk about customer service! Rob shook my hand and said to stop back often. Rob, I will and I will recommend you to anyone! Thank you Rob and Garrison' s Cyclery! You've earned a life long customer.

We are quite pleased with our Cervelo bikes purchase. When it comes to fitting, the attention to detail is among the best in the region. Garrisons comes highly recommended!!

We had 2 bikes that had been sitting in our shed for a few years and we wanted to have them tuned so we could start riding again. They were both repaired and tuned up (tires, chain..etc.) within a few days - going the extra mile to get them done before our vacation. Team was helpful and responsive. Great service! We're fans. OUTSTANDING customer service. Never been in the shop before. Went in with an issue with my bike due to shipping. They handled it an made sure all the other areas, which were not what I brought it in for, were also fixed. Absolute BEST!

They are an hour away from me and I bring both my bikes there for any major service. It's one of my favorite places in the world (but not for my bank account). Rob is the best of the best.

10 year (accessory) customer of Garrison's Cyclery here but recently bought my first bike there (Santa Cruz MTB). Rob and team were phenomenal. In the post-COVID bike industry madness, I needed a specific make, model, build and color for my new ride. They were able to source the exact bike I wanted and handled all of the details so well. I am a very happy customer for accessories and now a bicycle purchase in this great shop! Highly recommend Rob and team!

This team was amazing. I picked up an old racing bike at an estate sale nearby. I brought it in to them to inquire about getting a few things done. They told me a lot about the bike - vintage, uses, etc. They cleaned it up, replaced some broken pieces, oiled, and lubed everything. The cost was very reasonable and it was done in three days (after I walked in on a Saturday afternoon unannounced). Definitely 5 stars for service, attitude and cost.

My Mavic wheels developed the dreaded Mavic Death Squeal. I called Garrison’s and spoke with Rob. He knew exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. They repaired the wheels and kindly held them there until I returned from vacation. The wheels never rode so smooth. The only bike shop I’ll go to. And what makes it even better, there’s a cool brewery right next door!

Great people here. Friendly and reliable service. Moved to the area a year ago and have made many trips to their shop. They’re always helpful and knowledgeable. Glad to have a good local bike shop around.

The most rad bike shops tend to be the most intimidating and pretentious. Garrison’s Cyclery breaks this stereotype. The place oozes cool and professionalism. they got me on a Salsa Spearfish which fit my riding style and need for neon colored things perfect after literally chatting with me for a few minutes in parking lot (they are way on top of covid practices and precautions). I proceeded to lay down said salsa spearfish on it maiden send. Brought it back a few days later and was adjusted on the spot no questions asked, and no shaming. you almost want to sabotage your bike just to have an excuse to hang out with this crew. (Jokes!)

Great fast help! That day i waited about an hour but thats because people were coming in the WazZu! But on a more relaxed day its amazing service quick answers and just a lovely drive to get over there because you get your drive on back roads so be careful but if you know what I mean, it’s really fun

I love Garrison’s Cyclery. I bought my first road bike; a Cervello and they were extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Fernando knew everything there was to know about the bike. They had bikes in stock and I didn’t have to put a deposit down to get a bike in a year. The fitting after the bike really helped me to feel comfortable in the bike. Rob is great. I will be going to them for all bike maintenance and future bikes.

I called Garrison's after finding them on Santa Cruz's website. The experience on the phone was excellent. Megan was very knowledgeable, polite and welcoming. I drove a little over an hour to see the Bike I had called about. Upon arriving the staff was extremely polite and definitely appreciated each and every customer. From selecting the bike, to choosing the bike and having it setup the whole crew went above and beyond. I highly recommend contacting Garrison's for you bike needs. They are a great example of a high quality business.
