I have been a customer here since a few months back, when I was leaving a client's house in the Kennett area, ran out of e-juice, and had no idea where to go, as I am not too familiar with the area. I did a quick google search, found this shop and saw their reviews, and decided to give them a try. I've been using vapes for years and let me just say, not all vape shops are the same. Not. even. a. little.

When I say I have never received better customer service in my life, I mean it. Erica is such a sweetheart, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and remembers your name. Bill greets you with a smile (also remembers your name), treats you like family, and both take the time to educate you on their products and what products will best meet your needs. Most shops will sell you on a product that is not even close to what you want or need, just to sell. It's not surprising at all that Top Grade Vapors has such a loyal customer base. Even if you have a vape shop that's closer to you, you HAVE to try Top Grade Vapors! It's well worth the extra few minute drive. I won't go anywhere else for my nicotine needs (see what I did there? 😜) ever again. Thank you guys! Xo

I had what was probably the best customer service experience of my life at this shop. As someone who has been vaping for many years, I still have questions from time to time. After being screwed over by another shop and I was sold an entire kit that I didn’t need and wasn’t even compatible with the liquid I was trying to vape, I googled “vape shops near me” while in the area, and after my experience, I won’t take my business elsewhere. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, I was treated with kindness and respect, and we had a lovely conversation. The shop is fully stocked with the best equipment, they make their own e-juice‼ and you can just tell they care about what they do and care about their customers. With all of the vape/smoke shops popping up everywhere, smaller businesses get lost in the fray. Don’t sleep on this shop! I love top grade vapor! Bill is super friendly. I hadn’t been in two years and when I came in he had a big smile on his face and says hey! Been a while where ya been? It’s such a personal experience. I am glad to consider bill a friend! Plus WIPE OUT was created basically for me. Lol. It’s the most delicious cotton candy flavored juice! Yummy!

Bill was FANTASTIC. I had been nipping on a MyBlu mod and was sick of getting burnt wicks and the pod contacts refusing to work, so I caved and went in to his shop today. I have had mods before so I knew what I wanted and he had me set up with a small mod and three juices in less than a half hour. Flavors are fantastic, and Bill was great company. I definitely recommend this place for anyone in need of compact mods and great juices.

Great selection! And the in house juice is so good, I moved to Maryland but I still travel up for it.

This place is awesome, I have a few other places I go for my juice only cause I live in reading, but anytime I am close I have to make a stop to stock up on juice from them. Love there flavors and the help they give to make sure you are happy before you leave out the door. Would give them more stars then just 5 cause they always hook me up. Bill and bill jr treat their customers like family. It's a must stop shop for all your vaping needs.

Great place for vape juice and a small collection of disposables for someone who has a mod or like convenience of a disposable. Bill was a pleasure to speak to and knowledgeable on his inventory as well! Highly recommend.

I came here - to be honest - with no money in my pockets and 2 vapes with issues. I went in fully expecting to have to buy a new device and spend money I didn’t have. The guy at Top Grade Vapors helped me with both devices and got them working again - without charge! These guys are awesome!

Good juice nice selection huge variety of delta 8. They also got alot of pipes bubblers and kratom. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable on everything and very nice
