very good service- got an inspection done for a car at a nearby shop. They showed me the car, wrote a great report, walked me through some issues. I felt they went above with service for what I had paid them. Would recommend.

My experience with Import Intelligence was one to make me a customer for life. My 06 350z convertible was a bit of a struggling project car. Multiple codes and a 2k limp mode. I spent weeks attempting to fix it myself, swapping parts and sensors to no avail. Defeated, I took it to the dealer who couldn't figure it out either. My last ditch effort was to call around and see of maybe there was someone out there who could take on the challenge and on my 10th call, I talked to Kate and knew right away I found the right shop. Matt is hands down a genius. He was able to diagnose and fix my Z which has been an absolute joy to drive since. If you love your car and want it treated so, this is the shop for you. Terrific team to work with!
Recently took my car to the Honda dealer for suspension problems, and received a quote for the work. I immediately called Import Intelligence and spoke with Kate, I explained the work that was recommended, and she called me back within minutes with the estimate for the work. We scheduled the date for the work, and it was all completed as promised. The cost of repairs were HALF of what was quoted from the dealership! After picking up the car yesterday, it felt like I was driving a brand new car.
It is definitely worth the 1 hour drive from South Jersey to get my repairs performed. The entire staff is amazing!!

It’s Monday morning at 8:30am and I’ve got a flat tire. I’ve got to be at work by noon and I’m stressed out.

I call the owner Matt at import intelligence and Matt says, Ron come right in - I’ll be waiting for you! Matt takes a look and the tire is damaged beyond repair. (quietly, I’m worried about driving on the spare tire). Matt goes to work on the phone and finds my tires.

The technicians begin preparing things in advance of the tire delivery so when the order arrives they are ready to go to work.

They replaced my CV boot and front axel, repaired my amplifier, and replaced my side mirror in a matter of hours and for an amazing price as well. These are my go-to guys whenever I need work done on my car.

I live in central PA and was only in town for a few hours, and while I was there my brakes totally went out. They were able to fit me in and replace my brake lines and both front brakes in the time I was in town, and communicated clearly with me the entire time. I was able to get on the road for a 3 hour trip back home without any delay. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!

I've been taking my car here for several years , and now take my wife's vehicle here as well. From my first visit, I was impressed by the quality of service, the prompt manner in which my automobile issues were diagnosed and taken care of, and the overall willingness of the shop to accommodate a busy work schedule. The local pick-up and drop off service is immensely helpful. Import Intelligence is my go-to shop for automobile repair and customization. I highly recommend bringing your cars here. This was my first experience at import intelligence. They repaired my vehicle for half the price of 2 other shops I called. I needed a steering rack replacement on my 2009 Honda crv due to a ruptured seal after an accident. My crv has 270k and while still being a relatively dependable vehicle I did not want to invest a lot on its repair. Did you ever meet a person who you knew couldn’t lie to you? This is Matt, the owner. From our first conversation he pointed out the advantages of getting a used rack with low miles over a rebuilt. Then he acquired the part for me and during the installation he noticed another issue I needed to address and quickly called me for approval. I do not say this lightly. Being a marine from the Vietnam days it felt like I was talking to a brother. All of you x military know what I’m talking about. Matt is the real deal. Honesty, integrity, knowledge and skill. Not to slight Ron, his associate, who is an ace as well. Go there you won’t be disappointed!

I don't typically write reviews, but these guys kick ass. After speaking with Matt on the phone, I scheduled service which included replacing a timing belt, new brakes & rotors, and inspection. Prior to this week, I had never spoke or met Matt, but it felt like I was talking to a friend. His customer service skills and communication skills are outstanding. He was able to explain things in a way that someone non-mechanical could understand and provided estimates prior to the service, so there were no surprises. In terms of a price comparison, the dealer quoted me $1,050 to replace my timing belt, which Import Intelligence did for $600. You do the math... Moving forward, I will continue to use Import Intelligence and fully recommend using them.

I have been using Intelligence Imports for a couple years. Its the only place i go now. Brian and Matt are honest and good. They work on my older 89 wrangler, 1990 Cherokee, 07 commander, Mazda truck and my wife's 08 Mercedes E. They are fair, quick, honest and smart. I have every confidence in their ability and i've recommended a bunch of people to them. They will treat you right and not charge you an arm and leg!

Matt and his Team are very knowledgeable and honest. Integrity and Honesty mean a great deal to me. They will not try to sell a part or recommend a service you do not need. Awesome mechanic shop! Had an oil leak, suspension, coolant leak, and timing belt replacement taken care of on my vehicle. Matt provided an honest assessment of my vehicle and was able to take care of everything in a quick and timely manner. Thank you again for your help!

I have been bringing my car here for almost 8 years (3 different makes and models in that time), and I have always received fast, friendly, excellent customer service. They always give me a fair price, and the work is always done on time if not early, or while I wait. As a girl who is not too car savvy, I feel I can always trust their knowledge, work, and price!

Brian and Matt are awesome!! My co-worker recommended them and as the owner of 2 older model vehicles and being a female who knows NOTHING about auto repair, I'm sure it would be easy to take advantage of me but they are super honest, pricing is great and work gets done quickly. What more could you ask for?? How about a ride back to work or maybe a loaner car--they do that too! I've had nothing but great experiences there!

What is more valuable than an honest mechanic with solid skills? The guys are Import Intelligence are the most trustworthy shop I've known in 40 years of driving. Prices are fair, they never try to upsell or do unnecessary work. Customer service is outstanding, too - they even pick up my car from my office location and return it when the work is done. Really an ideal car repair shop - and they've done excellent work on my VW, Acura, and Mitsubishi.

Checked out Import Intelligence after stopping by multiple mechanic locations in order to renew my inspection for my Mitsubishi. The previous locations gave me estimates ranging from $500 to even $900 for replacements with a very brief explanation of why I "needed" to purchase these parts in order to "pass my inspection". When I arrived to Import Intelligence I was walked through step by step of what really needed to be replaced and was given an estimate of $300 including the inspection. If you are looking for reliable, honest, hard working individuals, be sure to check out Import Intelligence before paying an arm and a leg at another location.

Great guys who know their stuff.
I recently took my Nissan 240sx to them for the dreaded timing chain replacement. They were very helpful when I called and emailed them with questions about what my options were, and decided that for the time being the timing chain replacement was my best option. They are a great company and I felt that they were always honest with me from the start. From my experience with them I have no problems recommending them to anyone, especially for anything 240sx related.

I look forward to when I will be able to bring my car down to them for an engine swap.
