Every time you walk through their doors there is a cheerful and kind person ready to greet you (especially Joanne). This is your reminder to clear out your closets and make an appointment to drop off your things. I recently dropped off some pieces and received a call from Joanne and Toni (the owner) that a pair of jeans were bought and the client found money in the pocket of the jeans. The honestly of their cliental to report finding money in the pocket and the owner/workers insisting to returning the money to me was so amazing. You are in great hands at this quaint Upscale Consignment Shop located in Malvern.

This extremely wonderful shop is highly misunderstood. I have purchased many clothes from here and have become a regular customer. The level of critique from others is unjust and business there is doing fine with regular clientele who actually take the time to get to know the wonderful people who work there! I HIGHLY recommend it as it is not a chain and it is a home run for small business women entrepreneurs. I always find "jewels" in there including recently a splendid Hermes scarf and a beautiful and well priced black Coach bag. I will return and not be deterred by negative reviews which are simply unjustified.

This place was adorable and packed to the rafters with great stuff, complete with a bargain basement! Slightly pricey, but it IS the MainLine, so that comes with the territory. The lady working the floor/register was an absolute delight, and very helpful.

I absolutely love this consignment store. I have been a faithful consignor and customer for over two years. The staff is friendly and helpful and the quality of both their clothing and furniture is awesome. Plus, they are very, very reasonably priced. It's a must to go if you are a consignment store hunter.

Do not even bother trying to consign at this shop! Had an appointment which they cancelled, I went in person and made a new appointment. Showed up for my rescheduled appointment and 2min later another woman walked in with an appointment at the same time. My appointment wasn't in the book. The very flustered saleswoman gave me a hard time about my items not being steamed to their liking, which they were for the first appointment that was canceled, she just wanted me out of the shop. Poorly run shop, which raised concerned about how my consignment would be managed (see review about them losing someones items) so I left

Do not consign here. After I consigned some very nice expensive items they simply disappeared. Even though I was given a computer printout of my items, I was never compensated for them. I heard a number of excuses - My items were "lost" or "stolen," the "computer crashed" and nothing could be recovered. I had my computer printout in hand and was "free to look for the items" which I did not find upstairs or in the "bargain" basement. No one was concerned about the nonpayment or disappearance of my items. I guess the "computer crash" covered the disappearance in the owner mind. Thanks for nothing won't be back and do not do business with this type.

I've consigned at several shops over the years and this is the worst experience I've ever had consigning. I consigned a dozen high-end items and only two were sold. When I inquired about the unsold items, I was told that I'd have to come to the store and sort through the racks myself for the unsold items if I wanted them back, which I did. Two items, priced by them at $32 and $99, were no where to be found. They even had me look for them in the basement. I was told I'd be given $10 total (really?) for the "lost" items. Then I was told that they couldn't give me a check that day for the items that were sold and the additional $10 for the "lost" items. They don't usually mail checks to consignors, but since my experience was so unpleasant, they would make an exception and a check would be mailed to me in 2-3 weeks. Five months later, still no check. I went back to the store today in person, and a check dated four months ago was presented to me. I questioned again the whereabouts of my two "lost" items and was told that the check I received included the $10 reimbursement for the two missing items - a very unsatisfactory outcome. I should also add that when I talked to the owner about the missing items, she was very rude. I never write reviews, but in this case I thought it was important to get the word out that this is a disreputable business operation. Consignors beware!
