Showroom staff was helpful and attentive. Not everything you see online is in the showroom itself- you'll probably be better off contacting your local representative for a quote or demo. Warehouse staff was friendly, though we had to load our own stuff into the car.

If you're involved with Fire/Police/EMS on any level and you need something now, this is the place. You maybe able to find somethings cheaper online, but they have now so you see exactly what you are getting. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it, even speciality items. They are also very knowledgeable and have experience in the field. They can direct you to what you need rather than what you think you need.

Competitive pricing, but slow to ship an in-stock item (one week). Good source for products not needed in a hurry.

Good and bad experiences here. In person it took a long while to buy an item but there was only one person working the counter. People who work there are friendly.
