It's always a pleasure going to The Hair Refinery. The owner, Susan, does a wonderful job with cuts and color, and her shop has a large selection of useful hair products. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, too!

my first experience here was excellent! jenna sure did have her work cut out for her (no pun intended) since my hair had been neglected for months, ever since i had a mohawk. my hair was down to my shoulders by the time i came in, and it was a mess. but jenna cut it exactly how i wanted it! i met susan, and she was wonderful too! very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. the ladies here take their work seriously, and it’s apparent to me that they genuinely love what they do! thanks so much for the excellent service! :) love this salon, and i highly recommend to *anyone* (male, female, young, old) looking for a comfortable, personalized experience at a reasonable price

The staff here are the friendliest, most helpful people you will ever meet. They are very hard-working and make sure that they go beyond the hair cut. They provide standard hair care, they dye hair, supply wigs, and sell high quality hair products. Besides hair, they also do nail care. The office there is colorful and instills a sense of happiness and calm. Feel free to ask for hair or nail care advice. They will never hesitate to help you. They love to create conversation with their customers, creating a homey atmosphere to everyone who comes in. If you're looking for a fantastic salon, don't hesitate to give The Hair Refinery a try.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. When I called to schedule the appointment, I spoke with the owner who was professional and amiable. Jenna did my hair. She asked lots of questions, was very friendly, and she collaborated with the owner throughout the whole process.

It was the best salon experience I have ever had. A small salon which gleaned, with friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Every customer seemed to be a friend.
