JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This Joann is located in Ashbridge Square mall in Lancaster Ave Downingtown and near to hom2 depot, staples, etc. The store has shared parking and plenty. This location is huge and contains fabric, arts, and crafts that you might need for your variety of artwork and projects. I have used this place primarily for fabrics, and they have a huge collection, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable to select the right one for your project needs. They do run sales and coupons available, which is very valuable to bring the price down. Recently I shopped for some arts work and the collection is great too. The checkout lines are fine and overall a great shop to go for your arts and crafts projects.

Always stop in to see the latest seasonal decor. Halloween is already displayed and looks like a fun season this year. Check out their clearance section for some bargains.

Wow! We went in to look for fabric to cover dining room chairs. We found our fabric with the help of Zuzana who was so helpful going above and beyond to help us with registration on the app so we could take advantage of coupons and our military discount. At the register Olga was very sweet and helpful. The store is so much more than fabric. There were crafts as well as decorations and felt like a Michael's. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for such helpful staff!

5 star rating is solely for its staff. Was making a project for my daughter and was having problems finding things. The staff was very helpful tracking down items. They even listened to my daughter's excited explanations on what we were making without any sense of negativity. Great people.

At Joanns The employees are very helpful. I needed a coupon for a regularly priced item & the male employee took the time to tell me how to get one online & use it in store.
I also like the fact that their deals are great (50% off most things)!

Within a few days we needed to come here twice and it was our first time visiting. The first time it was just about at closing and it was us and a few other customers coming in on a Sunday night and the manager was nice enough to let us come in real quick. The second time I had pants that I was in an emergency situation for a funeral the next day and one of the ladies in the sewing area was able to help us out excellent customer service.

They always have something interesting and the sale prices always help me save.

This store has amazing yarn selections and fabric choices! I never have to wait in line for long, if at all. The new app is really handy and allows you to pick-up in store.

We don't come here often, because we're both in the 'non-crafty human' category. But we needed a special kind of material and just knew that JoAnn's would have it! They did.
Not only that... Lisa was extremely helpful and knew exactly where the thing is, so we didn't waste any time searching. In general, the store is very clearly organized, everything is labeled correctly and they have some great discounts when you go there at the right time.

Have loved this store since going with my grandmother as a little girl. I craft all sorts of things and they always have what I need (whether in store or online).

I always find what I need there. With the coupons things are very affordable. Kids classes are really good. My 8 year old saw pants a skirt and even a stuff animal. All the people that work in Downingtown JoAnn are really caring.

Joann has a great selection of fabric but also has things for a lot of other crafts. I recently took up knitting and Joann's selection of wool yarn is the best among Hobby Lobby, Joann and Michaels.

Sewing is becoming a lost art. My kids depend upon me for quick repairs and Joann has everything I need and new stuff I didn't even know I needed.

The selection is incredible. Employee made sure I got the best deal/discount possible. Everybody is friendly and ready to help at the drop of a hat.
