These folks are amazing. After having 5 bulbs fail, they went above and beyond by sending me not just the replacement bulbs, they sent 28 new bulbs. Last year when I went on vacation, my new tulips were just starting to emerge from the soil. When I arrived back home, I found 4 flower pots filled with the most beautiful tulips I had ever seen! This year, I am looking forward to seeing them along with 4 more varieties of tulips. Thanks you for adding more colors to my life.

I ordered 3 varieties of bare root flowers earlier this spring and, for whatever reason, 2 of the 3 types of plants I received did not ever emerge after I planted them (though I followed all directions sent in their packages.)

I wrote to their customer service explaining my problem and they responded quickly and refunded the cost of the two plants that didn't work out. I really appreciate their guarantee policy and the ease with which they refunded my purchase.

I'd definitely do business with DutchGrown again in the future.

My order of bulbs came very quickly, and everything was well packed with clear instructions for planting. Unfortunately one of the three bulbs did not thrive. I contacted customer service and had a reply in fewer than 24 hours offering me a refund for the bulb or a "surprise replacement." I took the refund, and will definitely order from DutchGrown again. Superb customer service — unlike a major nursery in Connecticut that has so far refused to offer a refund, even after three calls explaining that their stock did not grow.

Sadly, I had a plant failure but not to worry, Dutch Grown made good and issued a credit although it was very possible it was through no fault of theirs but due to weather conditions. They have wonderful plants and also fantastic customer service. Hard to find today but they have it. Lol

I have been purchasing from 'Dutch Grown' since 2019 knowing this company after the Keukenhof festival. Their bulbs are so much better quality compared to other online provider I experienced, the price is reasonable. If I can find from Dutch Grown, I don't buy from anywhere else. Aside from the quality of their products, the customer service is excellent.

As a seasoned gardener I highly recommend Dutch Grown.

Our town loved the bulbs this spring we planted at the Geyserville Sculpture Trail. Can't wait to plant more through out Geyserville California next year.

Dutch grown is the best place to buy large quantities at bulk prices, and their customer service issued a refund immediately when I had to cancel an order. I requested it on line and received confirmation the next morning. How nice.

I ordered 1000 Tulip Calgary Bulbs last year, and as of last Sunday I am pretty sure I have all 1000 in bloom in a beautiful borderline. Last year was my first order with this company, but I am already looking at preorder options to get into the ground this upcoming autumn!!!

Bulbs arrived on time and we're good size. Out of 400 bulbs only had six that were soft. Recommend this company!
