Very happy with all the work I've had done on multiple vehicles at Jackson Automotive. Matt and his team are honest and upfront about work that needs to be done. They're never pushy about their recommendations. The work they do is great and are highly recommended!

Matt has always worked on my cars over the years, the numerous time that I have messed them up Matt has been there. I am inconsistent make appointments and don’t show up but Matt still takes my service probably because my dad is always bailing me out! Well anyway for being a really all over the place customer Matt is always there to help and always willing to reschedule appointments when I miss them! He’s the best!

The only mechanic I will use. Matt is an honest guy and goes out of his way to provide the best service and solutions at the best price. Unlike the national chains he is not looking to “upsell” you into things you don’t need just to pad the bill. The last time I took my car in I didn’t have a ride home, so Matt had one of his guys drop me off and pick me up when the work was done. Who does that anymore?

Jackson Automotive in Downingtown, services our small fleet of family cars. Matt is knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced and very HONEST. Very hard to find anywhere these days. We trust him and refer his automotive services to others all the time. I only wish Diesel, their English Bulldog, was there more regularly:)

If you're looking for a fancy waiting room this is not your kind of place. If you're looking for a great mechanic who really knows what he's doing, is reasonably priced, and is nice to do business with, you'll be very happy you found these guys.

Good group of guys, been bringing my cars and trucks here for years for Inspections & repairs, never had a problem! Even my new Toyota goes their instead of the dealership!
