Allpower Generator

I had a very positive experience with this company from the young lady in the office who answered my call and got me scheduled to the mechanic and his helper who came to my house and fixed my generator after two other companies insisted I replace my generator which is only 4 yrs old! I was shocked when I received the bill and it was below their estimate. I have a service contract with another company but they were useless when I needed them. I have since cancelled the contract and signed on with Allpower to maintain my investment. These guys are a class act! I'd definitely recommend!

Worst Service ever.Does not have option for zero star. We had new Generator, was not stating up. Tech came did wrong diagnosis still they charge $397.50 and told me to replace gas line ( which do not need it ) , cost me another $ 1250.00. Now not responding phone call or follow up.

I just called them to see if they would install a transfer box for me. They said the job was too small for them. When I asked if they could recommend someone then, I was told no, because they don't want any of their electricians doing small jobs that could take them away. Horrible customer service.

Allpower generators is an unprofessional outfit. If possible find another maintenance company for long term reliability and satisfaction.
