We had Gallen Electric do electrical work in our house. They were referred by a friend and they did a very good job. Terry Gallen was able to provide a quote quickly after visiting us to get an idea of what we wanted done. They installed under cabinet lighting and pendants in our kitchen which look terrific. Our outdoor outlets needing upgrading along with a few inside that were not grounded. Rich who did the work was very professional, courteous and careful with cleaning up the work areas. He suggested upgrading our recessed lights to LED fixtures with dimmers. We did it and the difference is amazing. If you need electrical work done in your home, we highly recommend Gallen Electric.

We used Gallen Electric to have an electric vehicle charger installed in our garage. From the moment I contacted them, they were great- very professional and knowledgeable. Terry come out the next day to give me an estimate, they fit us in to their schedule even during the busy holiday season, and they promptly made follow up visits to ensure everything was running smoothly. Rich did an amazing job hooking everything up, he was professional and polite. Pete promptly came back to follow up once our charger arrived to set it up. All around great guys to work with, I would highly recommend their services.

We were very fortunate to work with Gallen Electric for our home remodel. We had a long laundry list of electrical upgrades and Gallen Electric took diligent notes and ensured all of our requests were completed to perfection and in a very timely manner. Pete and Dean were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

Gallen Electric upgraded our 40A service to our house to 200A, replaced all light switches and outlets in our house, added recessed lighting and dimmers, replaced all ceiling fans and light fixtures, added outlets outside and inside, ran Ethernet throughout our house, ran speaker cable in our living room, ran cable, and grounded outlets that weren't previously grounded. They were very receptive when we had additional items throughout the process we wanted to add onto the contract and made sure our house was safe and beautiful.

Gallen Electric went above and beyond throughout our entire renovation and I will use their team for any electric projects we have in the future. I would recommend their team in a heartbeat.

Gallen was great in helping getting a new generator installed at our house. We had to replace the inside panel and get the transfer switch to get everything up and running. Not only that, our power went out one night and the generator didn't start. I text Terry at 1AM and his team was out the next day to fix it. Problem solved.

I have used Gallen Electric several times over the years. They have done a ton of work on my home. Prior to finding Gallen I went through 3 different electricians, all of whom provided very poor service. My home is over 100 years old, and G.E.I. has rewired the entire house, did the electric for an addition & new kitchen, and most recently installed a whole house generator system. Their customer service and promptness is far better than other contractors I have used, and most importantly (to me anyway) they work very clean, even using rubber gloves, drop cloths, and shoe covers! I love their work, and all of their employees are polite, friendly, and extremely professional. Their pricing is also very competetive. My neighbor recently had the exact same generator installed that I did, but they paid nearly $2,000 more than I did!
I cannot say enough about how well my experiences have gone with G.E.I., I would (and have) recommend them to anyone who appreciates a contractor that is clean, quick, and cost effective. Mr. Gallen and his team are the consumate professionals, so if you need an electrician call them!

No call, no show for scheduled Quote this past weekend. Called 5+ times with no reply. Days later, still no call back.

This is by far the worst company ever don’t ever hire them for any work ever.
