I have been doing business with Malvern Fed Sav Bank for the past 8+ years. The desk service individuals and the tellers are courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They truly know the definition of RESPECT. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this bank.

Had a great experience with Donna S. a wonderful customer service person who helped me resolve an issue I had with an unknown charge on my statement. She and her team saved me time and additional charges on my account. Great local bank.

I’ve been a customer over 40 years. I’ve slowly watched the bank slide downhill with a huge amount of turnover and steady decline of customer service at the Bucktown branch. It’s no longer the hometown bank where you know the tellers by name and they know you. Now it’s like any other place where you are just a stranger and treated as if you have no value. Sad to see this happen to a business I used to appreciate.

This bank used to be good and is now hot garbage. Bad hours, horrible online banking, impossible to log into anything, constantly locks your account and doesn't have even a semi-functional mobile app. I would rather store my money in a hole in the ground in a balled up sock then spend one more day banking with Malvern. The only thing stopping me from pulling my money out of here immediately is the fact that I can't remember what bills are automatically withdrawn. Do yourself a favor and run away from this travesty of a failed company as fast as you can. Bank literally anywhere else.

This bank has horrible customer service I have been banking with Malvern for the past 24 years. starting in November of 2019, I started receiving returned mail fees on one of my accounts. I have called multiple times and spoke to multiple people to explained that I have not changed my address, I verified the address on file, which is my correct address and also offered to bring in my statements to prove that I have been receiving them. I was told multiple times by multiple employees that the fees would be reverse, it's five months later I'm still receiving fees and this issue has not been resolved. How hard is it to reverse fees????

I have had horrible customer service from this bank for routine transactions. The tellers at the Lionville branch in Downingtown were so rude it was almost comical. The manager was busy spouting his politics. Once again Lionville... Called the Paoli branch and was told someone would call me back but surprise, surprise no one did.

So I attempted to cash a $1100 check in the branch and they apparently do not cash personal checks if you don’t have an account with them which is unheard of in all major branches but OK sure fine whatever you say I leave deposit the check in my personal account well apparently because I went in and asked if I could cash the check well it was in My Account for 3 businesses days and then it was removed from my account I contacted the homeowner that I received the check from she had no idea what was going on so the bank never asked her about the check so these people took it upon themselves to flag a check and remove it out of my bank account when there was nothing wrong with the check the person who owns the checking account had no idea that they even did this this bank has some serious problems if you’re gonna do something like that you should contact the person who owns the account because now I’m gonna have to charge an inconvenience fee for having my money ripped out of my bank account so thank you very much you poor excuse for a true national bank

Looking to do business with another bank after doing business with Malvern Federal for over 40 years do to Lionvilles Branch managers decision while I was having open heart surgery at CCH. Nothing against the tellers there because they are great.

I went into a branch today and the manager threatened to refuse my deposit based on wearing a hat and sunglasses. She said i am a threat to her safety and i got lecture from her on how I'm threatening her based on my outfit. I've been a customer since 8th grade. I'm 47. .

Avoid this bank. Horribly incompetent customer service with any credit card issues.
