The Couch Tomato Cafe', West Chester

Had lunch here the other day and was really impressed. We ordered the Tomato Basil Soup, the Peruvian Chicken Soup (so new it was not even listed on the menu) and the Cheesy Breadsticks. Both soups were very tasty and were filling. The Cheesy Breadsticks were served with a side of marinara and a side of garlic butter and it was all amazing. We finished off with oatmeal raisin cookies which were quite tasty. Prices were a little more than I expected but the meal was quite worth it.

Absolutely love the Couch Tomato. The ingredients are always fresh and crisp. They make the best salads around that are basically bursting when taking the lid off. I’m also a big fan of the soups, the tomato is delicious and goes fantastically with the grilled cheese. 10/10 would recommend building your own salad!

I really like this place - it is our go to for takeout or informal night out. Fantastic salads, great pizza, awesome bread sticks (add the pepperoni!). Tomato soup is great, too! Sitting on the top deck overlooking gay Street is usually a nice way to eat.

Vegan here. Loved the flavors. I only gave a 4/5 for food because my stomach was not happy with the cheese on the cheesy breadsticks. Seitan sammy was great!

Everything I get from this place is so great! Looks amazing and tastes even better. I was so impressed with their personal pizzas today. I usually get a salad or sandwich and I decided to try something new. So glad I did but now I have a harder choice to make when I order again. I am super impressed with this place. And always recommend my friends to order

Never had a bad meal here! Their tomato soup is one of the best in town. Also really appreciate of their unique sandwich menu that also has some of the classics. The perky turkey is great! One of our favorite lunch spots in WC.

Awesome and affordable cafe in downtown West Chester, serving freshly made sandwiches, pizzas, and incredible salads. The Hail Caesar is fantastic, with great lettuces, delicious hard-boiled eggs, croutons, and a slice of focaccia bread. But its the amazing pesto Caesar dressing that makes it! My daughter and I love to sit up on the roof deck on a nice day, order from the app, and pick up our freshly made salads 15 minutes later.

Pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Tomato basil soup was delicious. Created our own pizza. Shittake mushrooms were available and they used plenty on the pizza which added great flavor. The large pizza is large and perfect for two or to eat and save some for later. Got a salad too but had to save it for later. Staff was great!

Picking up my son from West Chester. Had the couch Tony! It was delicious! Ordered on the app. Order was ready on time. Excellent fresh food. Great environment. Friendly staff. Would dine there again.

Due to celiac constraints, we traveled 45 minutes for their Gluten Free Pizza. Due to parking issues in West Chester, we arrived about 20 minutes before closing. Though we weren't sure if we'd be served, they accommodated our request and all of the staff we encountered were very pleasant. We were very appreciative of this and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Best Gluten Free Pizza we have had so far. We will return. Thank you!

My work had a party yesterday that was catered by The Couch Tomato. Over the past 7 months, I've had The Couch Tomato twice, and I thought they were pretty good. In the past, I've gotten "the baja." However, yesterday was EXCELLENT. Our work got the fajita bar and I was SO SURPRISED. I was like, "This is from COUCH TOMATO!?" Honestly, some of the best fajitas I've ever had. I ate two of them with the chipotle sauce under five minutes.

Couch Tomato has delicious food. I have Celiac and must eat gluten free--this place is one of my staples in West Chester. They have lots of gluten free menu items including salads, sandwiches, and pizza! Do yourself a favor and stop by next time you're in West Chester!

Their food here is really good, even the salads. The gluten free pizza crust is the best we've ever had. I think they make it there. It's actually better than regular crust in my opinion. The rooftop deck is really neat and you can order right through your phone

Delicious and quick lunch option. My go-to is their cobb salad. The workers are all very friendly, though with how busy this location is, it is takes a while for your order. I would recommend ordering ahead on their website or app.

This place is a great spot for a great casual lunch. Location is great, and they have a ton of Vegan / Vegetarian options for meals, sauces, and dressing. Their salads and pizzas taste great. Awesome spot to grab lunch!

Hands-down, the BEST gluten free pizza around. We drive around 30 mins JUST for the pizza. I have a lot of food allergies and this is really one of the only places I can safely eat.

The tomato basil soup is great, as are the sandwiches. We had the grilled cheese and the turkey with pear. The fountain soda flavor options were an unexpected fun thing!

Quick and very friendly service, as well as delicious food with great serving sizes! When the weather is nice, be sure to check out the roof top. I highly recommend The Couch Tomato!

EveryThursday I'm in town for a few hours while my son is in meetings. I make myself cozy on the couch every week and try a different menu item each time. I've never been disappointed and I can relax and get some work done too. It's the perfect spot!
