There's definitely a reason they have a 4.9 rating! These guys have great customer service and expertise. They even matched the price when I mentioned it was a little cheaper on their website for online ordering. I got two BF Goodrich Trail Terrain tires for my 4th gen 4Runner. Coming back in 6k miles to get another set! Super nice tires, came to about $525 all said and done.

Great service for my flat tire. I was a walk in customer and they diagnosed my flat tire and patched it for me within an hour. Needed 4 new tires and the staff was pleasant and took the time to explain my different tire options and pricing. I always go to United in Downingtown for my tire problems!

New brakes installed both axles. In & Out. Very efficient. Discussed other planned maintenance items to keep my vehicle running problem free. Reasonable.

I got a piece of steel in my right rear tire 175 miles from home. I was lucky I was 3 miles from United Tire. I drove in told them my problem and they pulled my Suburban right in and fixed it. Who does that(these guys do).Thank you so much. Bob

I called and got in right away. Great guys and honest. Honda told me I had to get a muffler fix , well they lied to me nothing wrong. Very happy with the work they did.

I run a small construction business with several work trucks and trailers. United takes care of all our mechanical and inspection needs. They changed my brakes a week ago and due to faulty pads they squealed pretty loudly. I called them the following day and they brought me right in the same day and repaired it at no cost. Their service is second to none. I highly recommend them for all your service needs.

United Tire Robbins Rd. is fantastic! On two occasions in the past few years I needed a tire replacement quickly (hit a rock in the road and another time a nail in my tire). I called and they told me to come in and they they were able to help me out within a couple of hours! Most recently, I had them replace all of my brakes and tires. I went to another business for my PA inspection and United Tire informed me of a possible safety issue that the other place didn’t mention. They offer coupons and great warranties and have the best customer service!

Justin was very helpful in assisting me choose the right tires for my car. The whole front desk team is pleasant and very friendly. Price and a convenient Saturday appointment was what made me decide to make the purchase there.

These guys are the absolute best. Been going there for the last 20 years. Fully trusted but even more, just good people. They care. And they show it. Little things, and I could list a dozen but here is one. Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and they noticed some missing clips holding the grill on. They called me in to look and asked if I had worked on it. When I said no, they offered to just replace the missing clips. No charge. Would have been easy for them to charge me. They do this kind of thing all the time.

Have been going here for years, always got me the best price on tires or matched another offer. Also service is good without the hassle of trying to sell me something I dont need. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed that the technician shares my OCD in the way that the center cap has to line up with the valve stem. If the tire is sitting with the valve stem at the very bottom of the wheel, then the writing in the center cap should be level, and right side up! I can't believe this was done accidentally, after all, it never has been done anywhere else I've had my wheels removed, and installed. I'm impressed! 👍 Had to adjust the air pressure to what as on the door sticker, but that's pretty much expected also. And all the representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

They really took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car. They explained things in detail and even asked me to bring it back in a few days so they can make sure it is properly working. I never got that kind of service when I took my car to the dealership.

Surprising for a tire place, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable couches, good for while you wait. Prompt service with good communication, I’d recommend. They even have Road Force balancing, one of the very few shops in the area for that service

Great well rounded shop! These guys got my Jeep JL squared away after I installed a lift. They made sure my alignment was corrected with a new aftermarket track bar, and installed a set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires.
