Really a great place. I bought my bike from here and they were super helpful. Also during recall of bike part they patiently asked me to check over the phone to see if I really needed to bring in my bike. When I took it in they checked it quickly and completed their test to validate that all was good. Very helpful staff. I would recommend folks to definitely shop from this store.

Great Service. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They found the simple but important part I needed to ride Monkey Knife Fight. They gave me the part at no charge. That’s why I have been a loyal customer for more years than I care to admit.

This place is the best! So friendly and great service. I came in with a bent rim last minute on a holiday weekend and they were able to swap it out within 20 mins.

I bought a used Trek Emonda off Facebook Marketplace from a seller who originally purchased the bike from Lees Summitt Trek. I live in Pennsylvania, and so, I was nervous about buying a bike without being able to physically see and inspect the bike for myself. The seller spoke highly of Lees Summitt's Trek team and encouraged me to contact them. Though I wasn't making a direct purchase from the store, seeking information, Luke and Craig went out of their way to answer my questions and they introduced me to a great shipping service called BikeFlight. Luke and his team took great care packing the bike and preparing it for shipping. There are many Trek shops across the country, but customer service and friendly people always make a difference.

I recently inquired about a part that I needed for an older style mountain bike when I spoke to a salesperson and he checked for availability and it was in their system. A few days later I went into the store with my inquiry and was pleasantly greeted by a very nice salesperson. The salesperson remembered talking to me on the phone during my inquiry about a disc brake adapter mount. I gave him the manufacturer's part number and he rechecked and it indeed showed that it was in their inventory. With great enthusiasm, the manager was very helpful in finding the part that I inquired about. Both the sales person and the manager made my day as that particular adapter was a key piece I needed for a bicycle project that I was continuing. I am so happy I could acquire that part for my mountain bike. It was the one of the best 15 dollars I had spent.
This shopping experience at this store was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to doing business with this location for future bicycle services. Thank you so very much for accommodating me as it was greatly appreciated.

We came in for a toddler bike helmet and recieved great service. They were attentive and kind to my two year old. We found a perfect helmet for a good price. Will definitely be back!

Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They even told me that it would be cheaper to get a new bike than to fix it (was a bike from target that had never been tuned up). Other bike was fixed in a day, they helped me load up. Would for sure recommend

My Wife Bought a Madone on Sunday 2/12 ! awesome Bike Incredible staff ! I can't say enough how Good these people are in the shop, we traveled past a couple dealers to get here, it was a hour away from home and it was worth the trip! Simply above and Beyond. Visited the store in desperate need of an Air pump accessory I couldn't find anywhere. Went in as a last ditch effort and they were able to help me even though it wasn't a true bike necessity. So I can only imagine they could definitely help those looking for bikes or bike related services. Thanks again for helping get me out of a bind

Over time we got all of our family bikes from this location. Great service. Quick turn around. Always gets back to us with questions.

Such a beautiful day & a flat tire! But they replaced my tube & I was on my way in less than a 1/2 hr.

What a great group of guys!!! Brought my bike in this morning with a bent derailleur. Jeff was determined to fix it for me. Also put two new tires on for me. Did all of this in less than hour.

Super supportive, personal, flexible, transparent, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and much more. Maybe a bit less proactive than the last bike shop I frequented (Breakaway Bikes before that became another Trek), but they make up for it in making you really feel like you're the center of attention when it comes to dealing with your bike.

They eave no doubt that they want you to feel good about the decisions you make. Yet if you question them or push them in a different direction, they'll give you their honest opinion.

I've talked with a few other customers that I've crossed paths with and they all generally agree. This shop is great at getting you exactly what you want with a smile on both sides. We're all the same, we ride bikes and we love it.

James and Greg were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Trek WC has earned a customer for life! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I came in unannounced with a derailleur issue on a bike I bought somewhere else and although there was a 10 day wait for an appointment, they looked at my bike right away and got me riding the same day!

The staff at this location is so nice and knowledgeable! I went in last week for a new water bottle cage, while the "everyone wins" event was taking place, and despite the crowd the employees took the time to replace my water bottle cage and answer some questions that I had about my bike chain. I specifically want to thank the incredibly sweet guy that greeted me when I walked in for suggesting the silver water bottle cage over the purple one that I'd originally wanted. Great suggestion!!!

I recently started getting back into biking and needed some help with repairing my bike. So I visited the Trek store where I got parts a while back to see about their service. They blew me away over in the Turner Square store in West Chester. Lauren, Lorenzo, and the other Trek staff got me all fixed up. I will be taking all my bikes here for regular maintenance now that I see how much they do!

When I visit the store the staff are friendly fun and knowledgeable. I enjoy my time in the store and they show me lots of cool accessories and features. I also like how they interact with the other customers who bring awesome bikes into the store - fun to check out - especially the new e-bikes!

Even if one cannot afford a Trek bike I will recommend taking your bike to the Trek service because of the quality of their workmanship and their friendly demeanor/Thank you very much for making me thankful I have a Trek bike shop in my neighborhood.
