Preferred Drapery & Blinds

Lynn was fantastic to work with. Great ideas and easy to communicate with. Our project turned out a 10/10. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for high end design consulting and great products.

It was difficult to get ahold of people at the company and communication was very sparse.
I apparently had a problem with delays due to “supply chain issues”, but I wasn’t communicated any updates throughout my work order, so I was not aware of them which was frustrating when the install window came and passed.

To recount my timeline:

Getting an initial consultation was fast and easy.

I had this done in early June. I emailed them back that evening and called the next day to get the process moving along. It took about 2 weeks of calling to get any answer back.

It was another week before I got a contract sent and signed immediately. This was at the end of June.
Outlined was a specific target of completion by 8/30, about 2 months.

About a week before 8/30 I email asking for any updates or when we can schedule as I have heard nothing.

8/30 comes and goes. I email for an update and try calling, no answers.
After about a week, I get a voicemail that says “my order was held up in QA and will be scheduled soon” and that they’d follow up in a week.

When the install date came, a Friday, they said they’d be here in the afternoon. They never showed up - no call or notice. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the company. This was super annoying so I originally left a bad review. Guess who called at 9am Monday?
No apology, just someone upset and excuses about how it was a small company, and the installer was late when they finished the last job and how they “didn’t want to bother me” with a phone call to let me know. The blinds got installed that day.

No idea why they thought they shouldn’t inform someone who scheduled an appointment that they would miss it.
