The customer service here is top of the line! They are always so helpful and kind. My son’s rental boots were torn when we received them but didn’t notice until a month after we picked them up. We called and they told us so sorry to come in for a replacement. Within 10 min of being there it was fixed! Steve is a good guy!

We purchased two bikes here, but more importantly, had 2 different bikes repaired here. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating - their service was BEYOND great! I'm over-the-moon happy to support this local business and you should do the same!

I've been a customer for over 10 years. It's a great local shop with really knowledgeable and helpful staff. Through the years, I've purchased a MTB and gear, scooters, rented skis, etc. They also have a great service department to help keep your bike running smooth. In fact, I once ran into the owner on the local trails and he was able to help me w/ a mechanical issue I was facing - can't beat that service!

Best all around bike shop i'v ever been too! owner and manager are well versed lon their products innovatory very helpful. i bought my specialized shiv from them and my mountain bike is there being serviced for a new shift cable. all in all they have everything you could possibly want or desire.. i'v bought gear here and other biking necessities, if they don't have it in stock they will order it👍

Recently bought my first mtb here and it was a great experience. Right as I walked in the door someone asked me what I needed and he showed me all the bikes that were good for me. He let us talk it over and gave us helpful feedback on each bike. So far, the bike has been doing great and I love the experience. The shop also has everything you need and a huge variety of bikes and boards. Would definitely come here again.

This place is awesome! I got my snowboard tuned up here and bought another used one for a great price. They also have a decent selection of boots here. Not many snowboard helmets though.

Best shop in town! Needed a new bike; salesman helped me make the best choice for my style of riding. It wasn't about the sale it was about making the customer satisfied! Love this place will be a forever customer

Great business. I dropped my bike off after 5:30 Monday to get the tire tube changed and they had it done for me first thing Tuesday. They offered to get the bike for me and bring it out. They also tightened my baby seat attachment without being asked. Great employees for going above and beyond.

Got what I needed. Customers service was very helpful, and friendly. I would go again, and recommend it to others.

From the minute I walked in the door until service was complete, every person that helped me was surprisingly awesome!

I needed an overhaul on my bike, so lot's of service, and needed to make my trail bike into a road bike. From start to finish, these guys were great with communication, and really researched stuff for me, as my bike was older, but they found everything I needed!

This might sound weird, but I'm older, and the young men that helped me were not condescending, impatient or rude. Every single one was patient and eager to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My son has been wanting to learn to skateboard. Unfortunately, the "season" is over and it was hard to find a board locally. I called LoweRiders and they were so helpful! They walked us through buying a board, brought the available decks outside for us to choose from (they are currently closed inside due to covid and renovations), and built the board while we waited! Everyone was so super helpful and nice. Really appreciated their help and education. Highly recommend them for your board and bike needs!

As a walk in customer I was just blown away with the excellent customer service. Sunday (8/18 /19 ) I brought my E bike in with a flat tire and some issues with the disk breaks. Your employee was amazing. He fixed everything in such a short time and the E Bike rides better now than it did when it arrived brand new from the manufacturer. I don't write reviews but Im taking the time for this one because a few days have passed now and I'm still amazed with my experience there. Awesome Job !!!

If there was a 6 star review I'd leave that. Such an awesome shop, from the owner and all the employees. Only complaint would be that I wish they had more brands. We upgraded 4 bikes this year and bought 3 from here. They spent a lot of time with us, asking what type of riding and gave suggestions. Most places just tell you what they have and you have to do all the rest. LoweRiders spent time with my wife and daughters and got them the right bikes and they all LOVE their new bikes. Staff is ultra friendly, they LOVE riding and love helping people. They will have my business for many, many years to come.

I brought in my rear bike wheel to have the hub overhauled, and after the work was done, it wasn't quite right. When I brought the wheel back in to the shop, they talked to me in great detail about the problem, and then fixed the problem perfectly...no questions asked, no additional charge. It is now perfect and runs great! Thank you for the prompt service, and standing behind your work. It is so nice to have a good, local bike shop.

Great shop. I was there to get a bike for my son as a gift. I was also on the fence about getting a bike to ride with my son. The staff was very helpful and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions and we're very friendly. I ended up getting a hybrid bike for myself and I feel like a teenager again riding this thing. It was a great deal too. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Needed my bindings adjusted for new skis and was very pleased with their services! They were able to complete everything the same day I called and checked to make sure everything was in working order and safe. Will definitely be returning.
