I love Lowes there stuff is great and they never give me a hard time except the short haired skinny lady at the state college pa16801 she runs the power tool section not only does she know nothing about the tools buy her advise sucks and she is the rudest person should lose her job hands down rudest employee I ever met between Lowes home depot and true value Luke I font even get my stuff when she's there. She is a black eye for the company. Just the other day during a sale I asked her something about drill bits she was so rude I went paid $5 more. Somewhere else. But I live the store otherwise

Need a fixture for outside light. And Lowe's had it

This time I had a really good experience at Lowe's. I needed to get a new Window blind for my living room called 1st and talked to Andrew he was very helpful And said he would hold the blind for me. When I got there he had the blind ready and he explained all the warranties to me and the return policy for Lowe's. I was in-and-out and less than 5 minutes and it was a good trip.

I love their military parking and 10% military discount. The My Lowe's card makes tracking expenses easy.

Many items at good values. Very helpful staff, such as Mr. Michele in flooring who can answer my questions and make good recommendations. I'm happy Lowe's across Moocho payments, add I can receive loyalty bonuses and discounts.

I bought an older car with 1 door key and 1 ignition key. If either of these old keys would get lost, break or fail, I'd be up the creek! After my local hardware store and a larger chain store said they could not duplicate the keys, I tried Lowe's... Cole and Bob looked the keys over and got the job done with ease ! I finally have a second set of working keys for my classic car ! I already trust Lowe's with my big appliance purchases, but I am totally impressed with the same high level of customer service and assistance on this smaller, but important purchase. Thanks Guys !

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Lowe’s and my husband and I have bought a lot there in the last two years because we built a home. Their garden center is always nice. Management is always friendly and helpful.

I have been struggling with the washer and dryer that I purchased from Lowes since the beginning of the winter holiday. As much as I am extremely disappointed with the contracted delivery and installation people (5 different sets of such contractors to be exact), the store manager and Brandon was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Brandon came in person to see what the problem was and solved it. He did something that I was pleasantly surprised about and did more than what was required of him. He made sure the job is done. As much as I very disappointed with the contractors, I am beyond thankful to Brandon and the store manager.

I like Lowes. I like Home Depot. I usually browse both stores when Im shopping. That way I make out on prices., also, if one is missing an item, it usually can be found at the other.

I typically avoid Lowe’s because customer service is lacking, and I have an easier time finding what I need at Home Depot. Yesterday, I went to Lowe’s to try to find materials to fix our washing machine. A young guy told me exactly where to find what I needed. Today, I had to buyer a new washing machine, as my washer repair did not work, and my husband needs to wash his uniform daily. Will and another girl were incredibly helpful, and gained a customer back with this experience. We left with a new washing machine today. Thank you!

State College rocks! The have some of the nicest sales associates. They also get my dog. I can count on them to have the things I need, in stock. But it really is the people at the State College Lowe’s that set it apart. My dog is an excellent judge of character, and some of her favorite people are her friends at State College Lowe’s.

Home Depot and Lowes are across the street from each other but what sets the two apart is the level of customer service. On many occasions, I have price shopped while deciding on large projects and will visit both stores to compare. At Home Depot, my wait time is usually 10 minutes before someone arrives to assist. At Lowes, if I do have to wait, it is because someone is already assisting another customer but has acknowledged my need and asked if I would like them to call for immediate assistance (I usually opt to wait, it's a tool store, I can hang out for a few minutes). For this reason alone, I choose Lowes for all my home project needs unless they are out of stock.

This is your standard Lowe's Improvement Store. What makes it exceptional is that is has an easily accessible lot with plenty of parking, it has a convenient location off of North Atherton Street and Valley Vista Drive, and it is really well kept.
We have had nothing but exceptionally good customer service in store, from having staff direct us where to look for an item, having staff watch a last-in-stock item, to speedy returns for products that didn't work for us. We also really like the selection of outdoor and patio wares. There are some decent sales throughout the year and plenty of coupons make their way around.

This time I went there for annual flower plants and trees. I feel Lowe's has a better selection of these compared to their competitors. Purchased some plants for indoor as well.

Had to buy a new refrigerator. The gentleman that helped us was top notch and very helpful. Smooth seamless process. Sorry Home Depot you had your chance and failed.

I received excellent service at Lowe's State College 5th Jan 2021. Chris in the paint department came straight up to help me & suggested a good paint, then mixed it up so I was out of there quickly. I was really impressed.
