The great prices speak for themselves. It's the customer service that really shines. I've placed at least 6 orders and each has shipped promptly (sometimes within a hour or two after placing the order) and the cigars consistently arrived in prime shape.

Fist of all, if I could give Slippery Rock Cigars 10 stars I would! I don't think I have seen service like this in a very long time. I ordered a box of cigars in December and was not happy with the quality (normally a perfect smoke). I emailed Slippery Rock in March after I started smoking these cigars to tell them I was not happy with the way they smoked. No questions asked, and without hesitation, they sent me a new box of the cigars. That is 100% customer satisfaction. Three days later (just now) the new cigars arrived. I am in Idaho and order a lot of cigars on line, this was my first time buying from Slippery Rock Cigars. It will not be my last. I will certainly make it a point to order all my cigars in the future from them as well as tell all my friend about this great experience. I'm still amazed that there is a company that treats their customers, even their across the country customers so well. GREAT JOB Slippery Rock Cigars! Stopped in for the Don Gonzalez event 4-30. It was my first time at Slippery Rock Cigar. I was welcomed with open arms. Don introduced me to his cigars and I watched the Cigar rolling demo for a bit. A nice selection, many of which i haven't seen at my hometown shops. A great excuse for a road trip!

Don't let the location fool you, top notch place with super friendly staff. I'm glad we stopped in today and grabbed a few sticks. If Joe is reading this, your recommendation of the leaf cigar was perfect, great smoke when I got home. See you soon.

One of the best smaller cigar shops. A bit deceiving from the outside but once you go in, you cannot beat the service or selection. They have an area where you can smoke after purchase and watch some tv and/or chat with your friends. Not to mention they offer coffee and water. For it being considdered a "smaller" cigar shop, you cannot go wrong with stopping in for. A nice cigar and a good time!

I've been working with Joe over a year now, and taking advantage of his daily special, 5 and 10 packs at great LOW prices. I live about 120 miles east of Slippery Rock, so I get my orders the next day.

I prefer working with a local cigar shop than the big Internet dealers because Joe treats you like family.

This week, I was in Pittsburgh so i decided to take the long way home and drive by Slippery Rock Cigars to meet Joe and friends. I have to say, Joe really lays out the RED CARPET for his customers. His shop is right across the street from Slippery Rock College, not hard to find.

Joe and a friend of his were sitting in their lounge smoking up a storm when I went upstairs into his cigar smoker's Disneyland. An Unbelievable selection, massive inventory! WOW, tons of great smokes in a controlled climate, lots of neat accessories too. Joe gave me a nice cigar to smoke and we fat around and chewed the fat for quite some time while we enjoyed our smokes. I stocked up on my cigar supplies while I was there too. Joe is honest, if I was considering a certain cigar, he knows what I usually order and what I like and he was honest enough to tell me if that cigar was not a good fit for me.

I left a happy man. I had a large supply of great cigars, and met a long distance friend. If you are ever within an hour's drive of Slippery Rock, I will tell you that its worth the trip to meet Joe and enjoy his shop.

Be sure to take lots of money. There's too many choices to walk out of there without buying a lot a great smokes!

The people make the place! Joe is a top notch cigar guy. He has a home away from home lounge. I highly recommend coming by to relax!

The owner is Top Notch! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, while he is a great distance from my location I look forward to a road trip each year to just go and visit, the best place to buy quality cigars and be treated like family!

Joe really has a special establishment. It's one of the last hometown hangout spots in Slippery Rock. If you are looking for a great group of guy's to smoke cigars and play Euchre with this is definitely the place for you.

Some of my best memories in college were made in this shop. Fantastic ownership, great vibe, and some the best prices on cigars you'll find. Highly recommend.

Everybody needs a good smoke and a good laugh. You won't come up short on either of these at Slippery Rock Cigars. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Always cold beverages in the fridge. You'll enter a stranger and leave as a friend.
