Dani and Ali are great they both handled our complex order and drinks during a busy time as well as being considerate and kind, helped all customers quickly and efficiently

I love going here! My coffee is always made the way I like it. The ladies behind the register are so nice and polite and customer oriented. All the employees are very friendly and we'll spoken. The donuts are always fresh and the place is always clean. I never have an issue here. Even when it's busy time, you're not there for long. Even when the lot is full there's always a spot for your car. There's not drive thru but that's actually not an issue whatsoever.

You are always greeted with a smile and a GOOD MORNING AFTERNOON or whatever time of day it is

The ladies working was super nice and humble. My sandwich was forgotten and they put extra bacon on it and apologized in a very kind manner. Great job ladies! That was the best bacon I have ever tasted in my life! Guys it sweet and mouthwatering!

Kinda run down ..service was mediocre...coffee ...the only decaf I could get for miles ...at least it was freshly made

Great service. They can get backed up when it is busy. Parking can get tough. Friendly staff for the most part but there are a few who could use some customer service skills! Use the app when ordering and you are in and out in a flash.

When I entered the store it was complete madness. The staff was cool and collect and kept moving and had my order in and out in a timely manor. BEST DUNKIN EVER

I have not had a bad experience here nor have I had poor quality drinks. I've been going to this location almost daily for about the last 6-9 months and staff has been wonderful. Place is very clean! Which I have to admit, in the past it has been dirty, messy and discouraging. Last 6 months-100% satisfied with everything. Employee named Cassandra S is the nicest sweetest person and our family smiles when we see she's working. Manager is very friendly. I haven't had any problems. I could drive 5 minutes from home to Tamaqua DD and I refuse because I know my complicated coffee order will be perfect and the service will be friendly in Lehighton so I drive 30-40 minutes instead. Welp, now I just have to go get me a coffee...

Ahhh Yes! This DD is located in the perfect place! Not much around right in this area, so it was great to stop in and relax. The coffee was great and YOU KNOW THE DONUTS WERE HEAVENLY!! The cashier/waiter was really nice too! I did not think About taking a photo til it was too late! The donuts were gone so quick, that a picture was never in the cards!! I thought about buying another one JUST so I could take a picture!! *Wink Wink

Great place great service. Clean. Employees are always nice and they try to make your orders as fast as possible. There isn't a drive through and not much parking lot space BUT you can always find somewhere to park and walk in. Basically great service all around. I've never had a bad experience here and I come often. I'd highly recommend this lehighton dunkin donuts

The workers at this Dunkin are so friendly, conversational, and cheery. They also always get my order right, which I cannot say about most other Dunkin Donut locations. The place is also clean and efficient.

Everyone's always so friendly at this location and if they get something wrong or you're just not happy they will fix it. They have even fixed mistakes made at other locations. 👍
