Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Never heard of this place but glad we found it! It’s supposed to be a fast food place but inside looks like a diner and the food was great! Quality meat! I like you can add and customize your toppings and most are free. The extra jalapeños on my jalapeño burger was fantastic. It’s also nice they have condiments they you can just take. Big booths for families to sit comfortably in. Bathrooms were clean. You can order your custard and just put it on hold till you are ready. Custard was good and staff was so friendly. No complaints.

Have always wanted to try this place. We don't have it in Delaware so while we were up in the area we decided to finally try it. So glad we did. It was delicious! The burger was perfect. Love the shoestring fries. The Reese's custard shake was so good. Lots of peanuts! It was great all around!

Freddie's never disappoints. We stopped on this visit to try the new French Onion Burger. We love the crispy edges of Freddie's Steakburgers and this new seasonal burger was a solid hit with both of us. The onion rings are crispy, hot and always actually taste like onions.

Just brought my two daughters out for lunch and they thought it was phenomenal. Grilled chicken sandwich cooked perfectly. The Freddy's double was easy to eat. Jalapeno burger was definitely and wonderful.
It was great to finally meet the famous Luis that I heard about last year.

Better than typical fast food restaurants and is very kid friendly.
The burgers here are good and I love the thin fries the meal comes with.
The frozen custards are also very tasty and worth getting after finishing your meal. We didn't realize but you can ask to hold the custards and pay before with the meal and get the custard later.

If you are wanting a simple burger/hotdog fast food meal with frozen custard dessert afterwards, this is the place to go. Worth trying out if you haven't had it before. I will come back here again with my kids.

Well found the spot on Google maps and got the plain hot dog, the French onion soup burger, fries, I must say the hot dog was great, the burger was awesome just a very small Patty, and we'll the fries I'm not sure about. I got a peppermint shake and I had to wait a while it was pretty thick I would come back to try a few other things on the menu

I have driven past this place for years on my way to visit family in Pennsylvania. Finally one day I decided to pull in with a couple buddies and it is now a must stop for us every time we're heading home from dirt bike and ATV trips. Excellent service, very clean interior, super consistent food. I am very happy with all experiences here

Not a fast food joint! Kids LOVE this place!! They sell hand made burgers, signature fries, "custard" (just like ice cream), chicken fingers, dogs, etc. The "Freddy sauce" or "fry sauce" is excellent. Think sorta like a mix of ketchup, mustard, mayo, and relish done right. The chicken is ACTUAL CHICKEN, and not a pressed grissle patty like most places nowadays. The burgers are awesome, Double California burger is my go to.

Stopped in for the first time, wanted to try something new and it was great! Friendly staff, amazing burgers and custard. Will be back!

I am happy that Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has a veggie (bean) burger on their menu and it is really good! It can be made without cheese and served in a lettuce wrap, alone or as part of a combo with fries and a beverage. The french fries are so good!

Good food served fast and hot. Took my children and they all enjoyed their hamburger, fries and ice cream. Reminds me of Steak n, Shake but better.

My wife and I were here about a year ago, we were extremely pleased with our experience then. This go around, we were equally as pleased. Food was excellent, customer service was phenomenal (Maya), and atmosphere was great. Seems like management knows how to hire the correct staff of all ages given both times were great here. Given our 2 year old child had a blast, we will be back more often despite the slightly far drive.

The burger was great but the milkshake was delicious. The hot dog and chicken fingers were really good.

I have wanted to try this place for years. I so wish I did it sooner. I do not live by it but during lacrosse season I am there a few times. I finally had the chance to stop in. I elected to go in the restaurant instead of the drive thru. What I found was a friendly staff that seemed to have fun. I did a minor order of a sundae, hot dog, cheese fries and drinks. The food was great and now looking forward to returning for hamburgers. Price was good but what caught my attention the most wad the young lady calling out the orders that were ready. Her energy was contagious. Looking forward to my next visit.

Food was surprisingly good. The French fries are truly shoestring! My only dislike is that they fried them slightly too hard for my preference. Outside of that the food was great, customer service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere is classic. Reminds me of Nifty Fifties in Philly.

The best burger you can get at a drive through. Period. Fries were good too.

Love the concretes. The burgers are always fresh. I like the skinny fries but I know they are not for everyone. They do cool quickly so you need to eat them first. The onion rings and cheese curds are also very good. I am also a fan of the hotdogs.

My favorite fast food burger place! Bacon double steakburger with shoestring fries... does it get any better?! Well, yes, just get a dessert! The workers are always nice, even when it's busy. Food is always made fresh and served hot. Outside, covered seating available. Sometimes it's a pain to get in and out of the parking lot, being it is on one side of a divided highway, but the food is so worth it!

We walked in on a Friday night to a long line inside. We thought it would be a while and went to find a booth for the kids to sit in. By the time we got jackets off and everyone sitting the long was gone. Service is fast and proficient. Loved the atmosphere and facts about the founder as decor. Food is fresh and hot. Typical hamburgers and grub. Delicious ice cream too. prices are reasonable too. The sandwiches in freezer were $2.00 with soft serve cones and shakes a few more at the counter.
