I have had minor surgery on my back on two occasions. I have been and am extremely pleased with the quality of service that I received. I highly recommend this office.

Take a look at the beautiful stitches done by Samantha.

I was so surprised at all of the poor reviews, but I relieved they are in regards to the office / office staff. I have been going here for a few years. I always see Lindsay, and she is phenomenal! She is so informative, polite, and knowledgeable. So sweet too! She’s helped me with my acne, and I truly trust her medical advice.

I’ve been going to my primary to treat “eczema” for years. It never got better and I had been suffering daily. I finally came to this office and the PA Lynsey wasn’t convinced it was eczema even after a biopsy! I continued on the previous prescribed medication. Months later after the rash had consumed my foot, and not sleeping more than an hour at a time she wanted a second biopsy. I was hesitant because out of pocket was $450 but I trusted her. After a week the new medication started working and the biopsy revealed it was NOT eczema!! I’d been suffering for years! She was right, I can’t thank her enough and I’ll forever be grateful for her life changing help!

Staff was friendly, efficient and the visit was right on time. The dermatologist was kind, quick and also informative. I highly recommend them and like the fact they don’t waste my time or their time. They just get the job done.

I'm not sure where the other reviewers were going but I have never had a billing issue. The quakertown office has one billing. The PA Lyndsay is caring and very professional.

A new location opened near me and I could get in right away. The staff was friendly and the appointment was thorough and efficient. I did have an issue with my insurance (not their fault) and the billing manager was helpful and pleasant in assisting me to get it resolved.

Not using modern technology, poor billing practices.
They don't utilize any online billpay options, and after paying a bill with my credit card they are saying it wasn't received. They asked me to fax my credit card statement to them to show proof of payment. I don't have a fax, but they DON'T HAVE EMAIL?? It's 2019, that's ridiculous. While the medical care I received was acceptable (not exemplary, but not bad either), the billing issues are enough to have me never return. They have threatened me with collections over a bill that has been paid.

I have no issues with the Doctor. It's just they overbook appointments and you have to wait 1 1/2 hours to see the Doctor for 5 minutes. Has been this way for many years. Time to find a new Dermatologist.

I have been waiting on an appointment tent for over a month but they refused to look into what my financial liability for the appointment will be. I gave them my insurance card when I made the appointment but there are different tiers. They refused to help me know before coming in saying my responsibility. You don’t buy things without knowing the price. Stay far away from this practice!!!!

Office staff is totally incompetent. Dr. Was short and said my issue was not medically necessary. My primary care physician recommended that I see a dermatologist. I made the appointment and traveled 40 minutes. I feel that I was not treated properly and would never go back nor recommend this facility to anyone.
Also I received an invoice that was sent to the wrong address. No zip code and wrong city.

I came here at the recommendation of my PC physician. The soonest appointment was months out. They called me the day in advance as a reminder and upon arriving there were signs and paperwork detailing how clients would be charged for missed appointments. Clearly they value their own time here, but not that of their clients. After waiting for 50 minutes with no updates, I finally had to leave. Keep in mind they have only been open for 3 hours and they are already this far behind. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but this is completely disrespectful. The message they are sending is their time is more important than mind. Very unfortunate they choose to do business this way. Perhaps they should take on less clients or hire more people. Another easy solution if this is truly an "off day" would be to inform patients upon check in that they are running over an hour late and then give them the option to reschedule vice waiting people's time. Seems reasonable to me

In no circumstances should anyone go here. I had a positive experience with Lindsay. She helped me with my eczema, however, the office is extremely unethical. I was there to receive an injection. When I left they said there was no charge. Previously we had paid our bills in full at the visit. We asked for a receipt and the receptionist acted annoyed and said she had no way to give one. Months later we receive a bill, try to dispute it and are threatened with collections.

Absolute garbage. The first time I tried to make an appointment for a relative they confirmed they took his insurance... then said when we arrived that they did not.

I made an appointment for myself weeks ago, explaining that I absolutely needed to see the DOCTOR and not a medical assistant. Confirmed at the time that that would be the case, and even cancelled other medical appointments to be sure I didn't miss this one.

The day before they called me to confirm I'd be seeing an assistant, not the doctor. Completely unapologetic and condescending. What an utter waste of my time.

Another bad review for this place. They sent me a a bill for $35.00 for a no-show, but I did not have an appointment. They wanted me to return for a follow up that was not necessary. If I had made a follow up appointment, there would not been a charge for that since that would be included under the initial surgery payment. So, maybe this is how they make money at this office? I never made a follow up appointment, if they thought I did have a follow- up appointment, they did not call to remind me. No calls, no texts, no messages, hmmmm..

Very unfair and unreasonable experience. I called the office to inquire about the cost of removing a cyst, and explained I was uninsured. I was told I could not receive that information unless I was seen by medical personnel. Okay fair. So I made an appointment. Literally I was in the exam room 2 mins. I was asked to lift my shirt, the woman looked at cyst confirmed it was indeed a cyst, and then left the room to obtain price of procedure. The cost of procedure was $550, but what I find unfair and unethical is the $125 office visit fee. I recognize they are professionals and their time has value, but why was i not notified of the office visit fee? Especially since they confirmed what I already knew. I was looking to spend money there, hence the reason I inquired about the cost, but I cannot accept the extremely high price I needed to pay to simply obtain information. When i explained my concern in a respectful letter, i was told that I was required to pay despite offering what i though was a more reasonable amount of $50 for office visit. I dont think overall they are bad people, but I dont believe I was treated fairly.

No issues with the PA I seen but the office staff doesn’t care about much of anything that deals with customer service or people in general. They billed me my copay about a year ago, I asked if they could bill me my copay for today’s visit as my significant other has my license and debit card due to us splitting bills over the weekend and they couldn’t bill me my copay. Now I have a charge because I didn’t cancel prior to 24 hours and they couldn’t get me in til the end of August because they aren’t open Fridays and I work four jobs. Now my rash will have to wait 30-60 days to get checked. I have st Luke’s insurance on top of that so it isn’t even government assistant insurance.

Nothing to say but incredibly rude experience without even going. The receptionist on the phone begun practically saying "you're bothering me" and hangs up on me telling me to call back when I ask for 10 seconds to open my wallet to get out my insurance card. I will certainly not be calling back and advice you all to get more friendly professional care.
