M@C Discount - Butler

Just a couple things I picked up at a great discount through Mac Bid! It all started with dorm shopping now to upgrade many items. Love it!

I have been to many locations and this one by far is the best. First of all, it's super clean and very organized. Everything is neat on the shelves, not sticking out into the aisles. Its all perfectly packed like a jenga puzzle so you can see all of the numbers on the side. It's just immaculate compared to other locations. But the best part is everyone who works there is SO friendly! They are always asking if you need help (this NEVER happens at Monroeville, Pgh Mills or Robinson.) The managers are very personable and kind. I'll choose any day to go there!

Decided to drive instead of having item transferred. Glad I did. Facility was easy to find and the employees were very friendly and it was the only pick up location where they helped me physically locate my item even though the shelves were clearly marked.

Amazing! Such a fun way to get good deals. The risk factor of an item being broken keeps the deals VERY good (you can inspect it to avoid or I think return one a month or something like that if you have a membership but I don’t) I took some of my time off of work this week bidding on and collecting items and have gotten everything I’ve wanted for our house for less than $300 total (mirror, multiple light fixtures, Nespresso machine, storage furniture, coat rack, luggage rack, Christmas items, projector screen and lots more). Only a few items were damaged making it beyond worth it. Highly recommend as long as you take time to read and understand how this works.

The workers at this location were very kind. The items were quality, and I got everything that I wanted! The facility is very clean and looks great! Items are easy to find. My items all worked well and I even got a bed-side stand for my family member for christmas for $5!!

This is like the only place I go to 😅 all the staff is super nice and friendly and love to help. I’ve gotten a really good deal on a lot of stuff. Only burned a few times, but all the good stuff definitely outweighs the trash. Pictured is just a few things I’ve gotten really cheap and turned out great!

We’ve had nothing but pleasure and success through M@C in Butler. Truthfully all of the locations near me are great. The deals are amazing and the staff is friendly and super helpful, they don’t think twice to help load a purchase. There is always plenty of help inside to help you navigate the isles and find your winnings. Will keep buying! Keep up the great work guys!

Twice now I have had the pleasure of having Tino and Natasha helping me with gathering my items and answering any questions I have had about Mac Discount. Both times I have received 5 star service and anytime hereafter that I win anything I will personally seek these two out. You can tell a lot about a person from the way they carry themselves and I must say, these two love what they do! They make the experience fun! Thank you guys!

Butler

This experience was like night and day compared to what I experienced in Pittsburgh Mills just one hour before!

When I entered the store I was greeted by Diann who shared a huge smile and a super authentic hello! As I scanned my barcode Diann asked if I would like some help. While I figured I could probably manage on my own, I decided to accept the help of Jeff who was eager to make me feel like my business mattered to him! As he escorted me through the warehouse to locate my items he explained how the warehouse process works and how items are stocked by employees and located by buyers. Jeff was really informative! Before showing me to the check-out, Jeff asked if there was anything else he could do for me. The check-out process with Mike was pleasant and seamless. I left this visit anxious for my next visit!

Diann, Jeff, and Mike exceeded my expectations!! Thanks for a great visit!!

Warning ⚠ This place is addicting!! I have many friends who get unbelievable deals on anything you can think of.. you have to download the app and it's an auction type deal and you get stuff in open boxes ECT that people have returned or the company couldn't sell bc of a minor issue but you cannot beat the prices here..
Try it out and you'll probably become addicted too! 🤗

This is an easy way to bid on amazon returns for a good, cheap price! I’ve gotten plenty of clothing items that look like they were just tried on and returned, fit perfectly, and for an amazing price. The staff at the Butler location are always kind and ready to help me find and load all of my items onto a dolly.

Steve and Natasha are fantastic. I learned everything I needed to know from these two. Steve went beyond the call of duty past two times I’ve showed up considering I’ve only done this three times. Butler Macids is fantastic.

This was my first experience picking up product at M@C Discount, and I was quite impressed. I have visited other auction houses, and they have always been a bit overwhelming with product scattered everywhere. At M@C; however, product is labeled clearly and neatly, as are the aisles and shelves. The staff was friendly and happy to assist. Patrick "Big Patrick", approached me immediately to assist, helped me locate my items, and procured a cart for me. My whole experience was positive for beginning to end. I was probably in the building no more than five minutes. The helpful staff, organization, and efficiency all impressed. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so helpful. They asked if I needed help finding my item, carried it for me and they were all pleasant to talk to. Best experience I've had so far at any of the locations!

Cat Tree is awesome came basically brand new and all parts were there

we have used 3 different m@c locations and Butler is the best, hands down. The employees are so willing to help find your items and offer to help without even having to ask! Shout out to big Patrick today! He helped find my items, load them onto a cart, and put them into my car for me because he could see my toddler needed me to hold her. Hands down a fantastic experience!

All of the employees at the Butler location are always friendly and helpful! They always ask if I need help when I enter. They provide great customer service!

I went to this location to get a box of flooring and was greeted by a few people who asked me if I needed help. It was the first time I picked up an order so the employee was helpful in showing me where to go and how to check out. He even loaded up the box of flooring and carried it to my car.
