We got our kitchen done during a challenging time when supply chain issues were at their peak. There were some delivery issues caused by the manufacturer but Niece stuck by us and took care of some installation issues we had. They really took good care of us and the quality of product and design was so much than other vendors we talked to.

Very enjoyable shopping experience, customer service is knowledgeable and patient with us. We ended up buying three 15ft poplar boards, price is actually below what home depot was charging, while the boards appear to be nicer than the ones we saw at home depot. Then our service guy precision cut the boards for us, and loaded the boards into our SUV. Perfect!

We had our kitchen redesigned and cabinetry ordered through Niece Lumber this past winter. I would very highly recommend their services to anyone unsure of where to start with a kitchen remodel. Prior to talking with Niece we kept going in circles trying to come up with a design with various contractors and folks that were just unresponsive or not attentive to what we were trying to accomplish. The kitchen designer we worked with from Niece, Stephanie, was very easy to work with from the start. She came to our house, listened to our all requirements, took measurements and swiftly came up with a design that could be given to our general contractor to price out. Even through all the up's and down's of the COVID-19 crisis in March, Niece followed through on all their promises and stood behind all aspects of the cabinetry. From answering our questions/e-mails on a daily basis to working through replacing any cabinet fronts that were scuffed in shipping. I've already recommended their services to some our friends!

Just wrapped up a project for my home and Niece Lumber was my "go-to" place. The place has great values and quite frankly Niece is a little cheaper on some items than the big box stores. BUT most important to me, the customer service is exceptionally helpful and accommodating

local store for lumber and more!!! Great materials, and a knowledgeable staff. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had warped lumber and cruddy bolts from the two big home-improvement stores. At Nieces the products are top-quality and a surprisingly fair price! You also get the benefit of staff who know how to really answer your questions, and what products to recommend. They have also been able to recommend top notch subcontractors for a variety of projects. Between Nieces and Finkels, you can get everything you need for most any project in Lambertville!

Exceptional customer service and the prices were only a bit above the big box stores but much higher quality and good rates on delivery. I will absolutely order again!
