Chubby's Ice Cream

We took our one year old here for his first ice cream taste. Really good stuff. I was bummed that the soft serve seems to break a decent amount of time though, they should fix that...but maybe they do more flavored ice cream business. I dunno. The service is friendly, always. This is a great place to get some ice cream. One suggestion, repair some of those benches outside...maybe clean them a couple times a day.

Their goal is to maintain the fun and welcoming environment that the previous owners left behind and keep families and friends coming back for more.

The perfect ice cream spot for a relaxing dessert stop. There’s a wealth of flavors and great dairy free options. The prices were a pleasant surprise and the picnic tables outside always have lawn games for customers to enjoy!

I was having a bad day and was thinking “ice cream makes everything better!”. This was the closest one to me at the time. Have never been here before. Yelp and google were giving conflicting times to when they closed so i called them and asked when they closed. They replied “how far away are you?” I said “7min”. They replied “we can stay open for 7 more min.” I was like “are you guys closed?” And they responded “we close now but we can stay open for 7 mire min”. I was like wow thats so kind. So i go. The staff was EXTREMELY nice. They did not look annoyed or miserable that i came after closing time. In fact they were the complete opposite. They were patient and even offered to let me try a flavor if i wanted! They were in an upbeat mood and you could tell it was genuine and not forced. I thanked them so much for staying open for me and explained to them i was having a rough day and it really meant a lot they stayed open for me. The employee kindly and nonchalantly said “no worries at all!” With a smile on her face. Best believe i gave a superb tip and i promised myself to leave a good review. Their ice cream was pretty good but that’s besides the point. What REALLY made my day was how they treated me. Humans showing kindness to other humans! I am so very grateful and needed to return the kindness. The staff turned my day around and made my day. I will be back! :)

Chubby's is THE BEST. They recently hosted nearly the entire 6th grade class from Gayman Elementary and their families, who were celebrating their promotion to middle school. There were only four girls working that night and they worked their tails off to keep the line moving and couldn't have been more pleasant. Everyone had a great time and I am so grateful not only for their delicious ice cream, but for their willingness to support and celebrate local students. This place cares about its community!

Just picked up a custom birthday ice cream cake for my daughter. Hands down, best ice cream cake I've ever had. Amazing!

Such a relaxing and pleasant venue. Ice cream was delicious.

They have a wonderful selection of ice cream and they have some games for the kids to play with outside.

Tables inside and out to enjoy the nice weather. Kids even got to meet and feed the cow.

My partner was very excited to take my daughter and me to Chubby's today. He's loved them for years because of their delicious ice cream as well as their work within the community. Both of these were affirmed today - the ice cream was tasty, the service was lovely, and their pink2pink sundae benefitting Bucks County locals affected by breast cancer was scrumptious!!

Great ice cream that is very reasonably priced. Lots of flavors to chose from. Soft serve is delicious! Milkshakes are so thick you can't even get it through the straw. Best of all, the service is awesome.

Delicious ice cream and milkshakes. This was I first time trying Chubby’s out. Masks were required to go inside, and plexi barriers are art up all around the counter. I felt like everything was very nice and clean, including the outdoor picnic tables. We will definitely go back!

It's been a tradition of my family's to visit Chubby's for YEARS! They have best ice cream cookie sandwiches. It's such a fun place to go for after a housing settlement, for a celebration, or on a hot summer day. We can't wait for sunny days again!

The young man who was on Saturday was doing a fantastic job despite the fact that it was his first day on his own on a busy weekend.
During our long wait fir ice cream he never lost his composure and kept smiling and appologizing to every guest for the wait.
He deserves a Star from the owner.

Very polite service and great selections of ice cream to choose from. It probably has roughly 10 tables to sit down in inside. Very hard to find when using Google Maps. It's right next to the Plumsteadville Inn, in fact it shares the same parking lot as the Plumsteadville Inn. It's a nice little Mom and Pop ice cream shop.

The ice cream was great and the manager/owner is so nice. There was a hair in my niece's sprinkles and he gave our whole party of 8 ice cream for free. Great business. I would go back again!

I love Chubby's ice cream. The young local high school students who work there are great. They are patient and work hard. The ice cream and Frozen yogurt are great. I highly recommend to walk over from Plumsteadville Inn, Hub Pup, Spatolas it drive from Piper Tavern, Dominic's etc. EXCELLENT Sundaes, cones, brownie or chocolate chip cookie desserts.

A great place to visit for ice cream. Plenty of tables to sit at and some yard games for the kiddos. Love this place! And the ice cream? Well, it’s DELICIOUS!❤
