Ashley Store

We just purchased a mattress at Ashley. Store was clean and well designed with lots of nice furniture. Sales rep was fantastic. He provided all the information we needed to make an educated decision. Allowed us time to try the various mattresses, never pressuring us and giving us space to discuss our likes and dislikes. Will update with delivery details in a few days. They will take the old mattress for free.

Wow such a calm relaxed shopping experience with Ramon He answered all my questions and was very patient with me going back and forth between 2 living room sets. Well needless to say I got a wonderful sofa, chair and ottoman for a fantastic price. and I was not stressed at all. Roman made my shopping easy and fun. Rose Marie was supper nice as she took my payment . Very sweet Rose Marie. .Thank you both for a nice day. I WILL BE BACK . ☺

Beautiful furniture and staging. My husband in laws and I were looking for a dining set our sales person Stephen was helpful and knowledgeable but not overbearing or pushy. He listened to our needs and showed us the features of sets we showed interest in. Would definitely shop there again.

We went into the store, we were greeted by Roberto he was very nice very helpful and we ended up picking out a very nice dining set. As a handicapped person I really appreciated it that there was a wheelchair ready because I was having difficulty walking. We would choose Ashley Furniture again my daughter's and I thought you had beautiful furniture and we enjoyed our visit

Christina could not have been more accommodating. She was knowledgeable and efficient. A lot of sales people at other stores pointed us in the direction of the furniture we wanted. Christina immediately went into action taking us to bedroom sets based on our preference. She was patient and kind. We thought we were going to make a purchase at a competitor, but she turned that around. We will be back when we have another need for furniture.

Steven Doyle was great to work with. Very helpful and made the process smooth. Found what we were looking for and took care of the sale.

Stephen was very helpful. Not pushy at all. I'm always apprehensive of shopping in store at certain furniture stores because I feel like they try to push people to make a purchase but that was the opposite of my experience today. He was pleasant and I will do whatever I can to make a purchase with him when that time comes.

Roberto is hands down the best salesman at Ashley’s. My boyfriend and I are repeat customers and made sure we went at the time he was working. Never pushy, let us walk around and allowed us to come to him when we had questions. 10/10 recommend Roberto!

Our experience at Ashley’s Furniture, was absolutely pleasant. Our sales representative, Charles McCullough, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He definitely made what can sometimes be a daunting task (furniture shopping), a very happy, successful experience. We WILL certainly choose to shop at Ashley’s for any of our home decor needs, and will be asking for Charles. Charles is definitely an asset to the establishment.

Carleen knew what she was talking about and laid out a few options which were in our price range and interest we went with the Tempur-Pedic like we originally thought we would get but it was nice to be informed of the other options we had as well

Just appreciated not being pressured into buying, he was nice and printed the recliner and measurement for me so I could go home and tjink about it
