Naturally needed a new suit for an event in 24 hours. Walked in, and was greeted and helped by Dylan. This dude was aces-he understood my urgency and found a perfect suit that matches and looks great on my particularly difficult to buy for frame and build. His professionalism and calmness helped me to remain calm about the fact I had to wear this thing in a little less than 20 hours. I highly recommend anyone that needs a new suit or someone with knowledge and great customer service to talk to Dylan at the Jos A Bank in Flowers Mill. You won't regret it. Everyone was extremely helpful and thoughtful. They laughed at my bad jokes. Can't ask for more. Thanks for saving the day, Dylan! Great experience renting a suit for a wedding party. Jacob was friendly, helpful, professional and quick.

My Fiance and I came early Saturday morning to find a suit or tuxedo for him to wear to our wedding. Grant was awesome! He provided us with excellent customer service. We had gone to several Men's Warehouses and privately owned formal and suit stores but had been unsuccessful until that morning. We left extremely happy and satisfied. They did measurements for his tux and took care of the out of town rental for us. They also completed his look with shirt, shoes and tie options. We even purchased our rehearsal dinner outfit. If you want a one stop shop for your groom and groomsman this is the place. We highly recommend this store and would definitely return. KUDOS!!

My fiance and I came here to get our suits for our upcoming wedding. Jim and Barry were very helpful and professional. Jim helped us find what we were looking for. Thanks to Jim our stress of finding our wedding suits was allivated. Jim and Jos A Banks were lifesavers! We will definitely be going here for any future formal wear and men's clothing.

Always a great selection. The clearance rack always has great items as long as you don't mind last years colors, whatever that means. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and will get you into the clothes that fit you properly.

Everyone in store is professional and courteous. I ordered a suit online and had issue with it, right away they took care of my issue. I love shopping at Jos A Bank online but will visit store more frequently. I want to thank the staff for their courtesy and professionalism.

Great selection of men's wear to choose from. High caliber staff and management. Made a purchase and left them for proper tailoring. Was very pleased to receive a phone message informing me my items were reafy for pick up 4 days earlier that projected. Two thumbs up!!!. Stop in, you'll be pleasantly greeted and assisted with you purchase(s).

My father-in-law, who is 95 years old, just loss his wife of 72 years. After wearing a suit everyday in his career, after retirement arrived, he stopped wearing them. Long story short, he needed a new suit. Barry at the Langhorne store could not have been more patient and kind. Picked out a suit that needed to be at best, hemmed. Dad could not have been more pleased that he was able to get pants tailored, shirt, tie, socks and even suspenders purchased in one shot deal. I know this will be his last suit to purchase and Barry made is day special in the midst of a tragedy. Thank you! You never know who will walk into the store and that kindness goes a long way!

I came in here with the hopes of getting an expensive suit tailored. Since I had gotten the suit on sale, I was willing to put a lot of money into the alterations. Honesto, the assistant manager, talked me through the process in amazing detail. When I realized that the jacket could not be hemmed to my initial desires, Honesto didn't hesitate to check his POS system for any suits with a shorter jacket size. Even though the suit was unavailable in my right size online, he somehow managed to get the perfect size through the store's inventory computer. The exchange didn't cost me anything, and as I type this, the new suit is on its way to the store. I am beyond pleased with my experience!

Rich is a consummate professional. I had an issue with the color of a suit I helped order for one of my Groomsmen. The issue was completely my own fault as I picked out the wrong color grey (hey, what can you say, I'm a man and I figured gray's gray). My fiance reached out to the store, and the next day a return receipt and new order was already initiated and emailed to me. To top it off, Rich hooked my groomsman up with an even more desirable suit in the right color and right alterations without any cost penalty. The suit isn't even done yet, but I have confidence enough that the process will be flawless that I'm writing a review right away. Rich probably runs circles around people half his age, and has a work ethic that's sadly missing in my younger generation. I don't know about the other staff at this location, they may be great, but just ask for Rich for a seamless (no pun intended) experience. Thanks again!

We had the pleasure of shopping at Jos A. Bank for a last minute suit. My husband received attentive service from Barry Tellis on the suit selection and accessories thru alterations. Our event is this Saturday and all the alterations were done in less than a week. This store is an example of why we sometimes need a brick and mortar store. We will be back!

Used this shop for all of my own and my groomsmen's attire for my wedding. I worked primarily through Anthony who was incredibly helpful with the numerous requests we made. All of the other sales people I worked with at this location were also just as helpful. I would definitely recommend using this store for any need!

This store has earned a repeat customer. I purchased a blazer, but because of an ongoing sale, they were backed up on alterations. The clerk referred me to a nearby shop, which turned out to be a huge disaster. It was eventually sorted, but I swung back in to warn them of the wretched experience I had and suggest they never recommend that shop again. Even through the alterations were not the fault of the salesman at this store, he nevertheless apologized for the recommendation and offered me a shirt and tie for the trouble. Customer service this good is rare in my experience and is to be celebrated and patronized.

Every man is this store was so professional and outgoing. My boyfriend was buying a suit and we shopped ..purchased and then had it fitted. Great customer service and everything turned out perfect .

I cannot recommend this store enough. I am a fashion idiot and i think my salesman,Hernesto,sensed that.He hooked me up with a great suit and shirt and shoes all within my budget. I am a very satisfied customer who will do all my clothes shopping here.
