So awesome. A great historic visit. Incredible revolutionary war history.
So worth watching the reenactments especially on Christmas day when Washington crossed the Delaware River to Trenton on Christmas day 1776. A stop off along the D&L trail. Great for walking, biking even taking family photos.

A must visit beautiful park in the banks of Delaware River, at Pennsylvania and New Jersey border. With ample parking space and well maintained restrooms. Beautiful trails with clear maps available at information center. You have guided tours available from information center. Some theater setup available for running shows to explain history. Good scenic sights near river bank. Very close to new hope town

SO MUCH FUN! This is a great place to go with your family. It was raining but my nephew had a lot of fun! It’s a lot of talking and learning. The reenactment was so cool and the actors were super kind and answered random questions that my nephew had!

This is a lovely historical park at NJ PA border by the Delaware river. The park has a nice visitor center with multiple displays talking about the war. There are clean restrooms available in the visitor center. There is a nice walkway by the riverside and a beautiful garden. It is a great spot for photography on special occasions. The history of the place is quite interesting. They have boats from the times of George Washington which are preserved meticulously.

I was so excited when my friend told me she would take me to visit the Washington Crossing historic park. It truly is a historic sight to see, you feel the history when you drive up to this beautiful park. We begin on the Pennsylvania side driving through the Beautiful Eastern Countryside over the Rolling Hills with the magical fall foilage as the backdrop. We visited the park in lake October, which is perfect time in my recommendation. Especially if you're traveling from afar you must see the Pennsylvania Countryside full foilage on your way to this park. The weather was crisp and clean and the park was very well maintained. Those are short stay but really worth it. This park is nestled right next to the Delaware River Bank with plenty of parking and winding trails alongside the river. You are greeted with a beautiful Monument with brief history lesson of the George Washington crossing. There are plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the river or the views of the trees in the backdrop. A historic site that must be seen by every american! We crossed the bridge over onto the New Jersey side where you will find markets gift shops and other trails to hike around.

Great history! Glad to share the experience with so many people. Parking a little tough. Next year we will go early. Many puppy friends, don't let yours at home.

Very nice park. This is the location where Washington crossed the Delaware River to launch a surprise attack on the British in Trenton. The park is not crowded. The bridge across the river is very narrow so smaller cars are less nerve wracking if you have one.

Beautiful historic park. I was able to get a very good understanding of the Battle of Trenton. Why George Washington and the Continental Army chose this location to cross the Delaware River and surprise the Hessians in Trenton.

Visited the visitors center and the immediate area on our way to Fonthill Castle from NJ. The staff was courteous and professional. The center's museum was a great place to see the history of the area. The views along the river are a plus.

What an amazing place. Anyone who enjoys stepping into the history of our great nation, needs to visit both sides of this historic crossing. There are so many incredible buildings and historic artifacts to see in the area. The historians were truly phenomenal and provided great information to us which we will share as well. Important to have knowledge of what had to occur for us, as a nation, and the cost paid, to have what we cherish today. The historian (Diane) also gave us info on an off-map burial spot/memorial for unknown soldiers from that fateful night crossing and battle. Not so easy to find, but hiking to it became one of the most meaningful moments of our trip!

Really interesting area. The exhibit in the visitor center is well done. They have a movie and also offer a tour which you can pay for.. I do recommend doing the tour as you get some additional details about the crossings (there were multiple ones) and subsequent battles. There are also some buildings that are old but were built after 1776. They do reenactments of the crossing on Christmas Day and other days in December.

This is the historic park where George Washington led his Continental Army on a winter night raid to defeat the British and Hessian forces at Trenton and later Princeton. There is parking.

Nice, quiet area. Major historical event of the Revolutionary War. The museum parking area is small , but at the nearby park (field) there is more than enough.
Though small, it's extremely important in the history of the United States.

This place is beautiful. A small village on the bank of the Delaware River where George Washington crossed on December 25th. They even have a reenactment of said crossing every Xmas. There is a very nice visitor center and ample parking.
