Nina’s Waffles and Sweets

Had a great experience with my family the other night getting ice cream here. The waffles are outstanding, and definitely worth getting if you’ve never had them. They have a slight crunch to them with what seems like cooked sugar in the waffle. It can get crowded so be prepared to see a line, but it moves quickly. Thank you and we’ll be back!

My sister and I went last night close to closing. Catherine was amazing in recommending something new for us to have! Food was also delicious!

This place is great! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great; it's the perfect place to go on a date :)
I walked past this place after having lunch and even though I wasn't even close to being hungry I couldn't resist. Who can pass up waffles and ice cream?! Especially when they are both homemade.
The only downside is that there's limited seating, but I was there at 3pm on a weekday so that wasn't an issue.
I highly recommend this place!

You should always come to Nina's for dessert. There's never a wrong time to get these amazing waffles and ice cream. I cannot praise the ice cream enough. Soft waffles and great toppings. I wish they would bring back the one sundae with honey and wet walnuts; it was my favorite.

Nina’s Waffles and Sweets has excellent homemade ice cream and waffles. I got a waffle sundae with Oreo ice cream with toppings and it was amazing!

Very good waffles and Ice Cream! Waffles are made on the griddle right on front of you. Decent selection of freshly made ice cream. Not a lot of area for seating but it was not too crowded at the time of our visit so this was not an issue.

Great small waffle place. Was very delicious and had a lot of options to add to your waffle. The ice cream selections were varied and such good service!

Cute and quaint with delicious ice cream and love that it’s open a little bit later. Makes for the perfect late night snack and also so wonderful that they have gluten free options ☺

Very friendly staff and superb flavors. A waffle cone is $1.50 extra and a must have. Other places charge $4 for that upgrade. We had pistachio and berry flavored cones. You can tell when it’s homemade. If you can find parking this spot will be fine.

OMG! This place is so yummy! The kids and I love it! It's truly so addicting. The waffle adds a delicious touch, I definitely recommend it!

Nina’s is such a great dessert place. It’s definitely pricey, but it’s worth it. I wish they had more space for indoor seating! It’s my favorite place in Doylestown!

This place is so good! I come here often with my fiance. The waffles and ice cream are so good. We have gotten them when it was freezing out. Lots of places to walk around and eat your ice cream but unfortunately there isn't a lot of space inside.
The place is cute and employees are young but usually nice.

Update: It's been three years since my original review; this still is one of the best ice cream places around. We moved a little farther away but my wife and I still will drive here to get some ice cream. We visit often and love this place. The waffles do not get soggy because of the type of sugar they use, yummy flavors, great employees. See you soon Nina's!

Home brewed, small batch ice cream. Plenty of creative and normal flavors and I'm pretty sure you can have all the smells you want for free. Charming decor and a very friendly staff despite each patron asking to taste on average 4 flavors. The texture of the ice cream was especially pleasant, very smooth almost soft serve like quality to it. Perfect little spot for a sweet treat.

The crispy-sweet waffles are almost as delicious as their home made ice cream--magical flavors!

The staff is awesome. The icecream is delicious. The shop is adorable and has tables you can sit and enjoy your treats at. A wide variety of flavors and toppings. We enjoyed our visit and will be stopping by again.

It’s honestly a grave injustice that these waffles share a name with waffles one finds in the frozen food isle. Hands down I’ve never had a better waffle in my life. It was sweet and crunchy and fluffy and chewy.

I got a scoop of ice cream on my waffle and while the ice cream was also amazing I didn’t even finish it because I was so focused on my waffle.

I’m actually glad I don’t live closer to this place because I’d need to get a waffle at least once a week.

I tried the one with lemon curd and fresh strawberries on top (with a scoop of vanilla) but next time I’ll go for the cinnamon waffle straight up because I just need more waffles in my life.

Ps. If anyone finds a candle that smells like it does walking into this store - by all means buy me one
