Veterinary Specialty & Emrgency Center: Chapman Peter DVM

I called ahead for my sick Rotti in the morning. They made room immediately and she was brought back seen and all tests were done. Everyone was amazing and kind. It COST US a pretty penny BUT IT WAS WORTH IT ALL. Our dr we saw was INCREDIBLE and she did the best job! I recommend this place to anyone needing an ER visit to any medical service needed down to nail trims for their dog, cat or another animal. If needed we would go back.

Very efficient staff. After her testing, I was taken to a room where the doctor explained the outcome. Even though I needed input from her regular doctor, I had important information right away.

Place is huge. 4-6 people at check -in. You receive quick attention from a caring staff. I wish there was a sign on road. Passed by it once or twice. I do recommend this hospital. Our beloved pets mean the world to us and they know it. The bill I was handed was 2 - 3x the cost of same service from regular vet. Unfortunately, it's the last service our pets receive. Euthanize a feline; $ 430.00..No cremation.

A very friendly and compassionate office. They took care of Mama and Echo - making us feel comfortable and listening to our concerns.

VSEC Has been our go to emergency veterinary clinic for almost a decade. They have every specialty and are open 24 hours a day. I can’t say enough about the staff and I have found them to be well educated, provide good communication and excellent care.

While this is not an inexpensive endeavor, I hope that any pet owner considers pet insurance so if you need to use this facility the cost is no longer a factor.

Highly recommend. This is a go to place for us.

Staff was amazing. They helped us make a difficult decision. They examined and confirmed our fears. They were kind, caring and compassionate. The nurses and doctor were wonderful. It was late on a Saturday and they gave us their all.

Love everyone at Blue Pearl. They did surgery on my cat a few years ago, and at 14 yrs old, the way he can run now is amazing. My brother took his Bengal cat there for surgery a few weeks ago on her back leg, and my brother was so happy with how they treated his cat and him. His cat is healing so quick and not limping or in pain when she moves around. I just had my cat there again a week ago for a blockage. They were extremely busy so it took longer than expected to get him back yet they kept in contact with me about his status. They do give a small discount for military which I love. Great, clean, caring, sence of urgency, .... I would recommend this place to everyone.

Repeat customer over many years with multiple dogs. I show dogs so I have several and can be very particular about their care/ condition. I have always been very happy with the emergency care my pets received here and the ongoing speciality care from Dr Reinstein. This past year one of my dogs spent Christmas here with pneumonia. The staff are always patient with my many questions and kind during what is a stressful experience for owners (emergencies). Prices are fair and clearly explained. This is not the closest emergency room for me but it is the one I prefer.

This is a great place in my experience with my dogs which are Dachshunds. Twice my Dachshund Blackie needed disc surgery and Dr Eagleson operated both times and a did a great job 👏 My dog is doing good. Everyone else was very kind which is so important when you have a sick animal. It's very clean and well run!

The people who work here are great!!! Professional and very sympathetic for your needs. We had to put our dog to sleep and they were so caring and put us at ease. ❤❤❤

We had our 15 year old cat put down tonight. She got very sick very quickly and we made a tough decision. The staff here was extraordinarily kind, respectful of our situation and did everything to make sure that we were in a good place to proceed with our decision. This Center is remarkable in every way.

Went with my friend there after her dog passed away for cremation they're always so nice and sympathetic in there

A little pricey but sometimes there is no other option. They are there when you need them most

When our large Vetreterinary Specialty Hospital was closed we went here to a smaller branch of the Company that owes the Hospital and although our mixed breed chihuahua/minature pincher was not seen by a specialist he was seen by nurses in triage and they watched his behavior for several hours and he had no further bleeding , but still exhibited severe stomach and colon distress from some sort of possible blockage although x-rays did not show any blockages that could be seen . After 4-5 hours we were given choice of further waiting for a Doctor or taking our dog home and returning if he should have more or continuing worsening signs. Since he had seen a doctor earlier in the day but then later he passed a huge bloody stool that we were told to return to medical care if that did appear ; we felt they had assured us he hadn’t swallowed some foreign object , it appeared it was more like severe constipation in a very tiny dog. Reassured We took him home where within 2 days he started to become his normal self, a massive back up of something made him have some bloody stools which appeared very scary for a tiny dog but now he was back to normal. thank you to the nurses that fully checked him out that evening ! They were really great!

Dr. Ariana Lopez and the staff were so sympathetic and kind. We took Oreo because she was having difficulty breathing and they took her in and if it wasn’t for their swift action, she might not be with us anymore. Thank you so much to Dr. Lopez and the vet staff! We are so grateful for u and what u do and did especially for Oreo.

Wonderful team, caring people. Always take wonderful care of my fur children. Sometimes there's quite a long wait but it's an emergency room what do you expect. As a vet tech myself I know how bad things are in the veterinary World these days and I appreciate anything and everything they can do to help.
