I got great service, the right package for me, and a phone that I very badly needed for a total price that was a really good deal. I told the associate exactly what I needed. She delivered with a 😊. Much better than the run around, overly complimentary rhetoric, and failure to deliver from the other providers I spoke with. Thanks!

The online website wouldn't take my card when i tried to pay my bill so i went into this store. Turns out the lady said it happens to alot of ppl, when you try to pay it won't take your card and refunds your money back. She was really nice about it and helped me get it taken care of. Had nice background music playing while we worked out the kinks. Everything went smoothly and i was on my way in no time. She even had WiFi i used when i needed to transfer money to continue with the payment process. Only thing i hate is that they charge you a convenience fee ($3) when it was a total inconvenience that i couldn't pay online and needed to come into the store to do so. But it's not much and so worth it. If you are looking to buy a phone tho, i would go to a bigger store. This one is really tiny and only had maybe 8 phones on display.

I am not sure about the cell service yet, but I can tell you the customer service I received at this MetroPCS location has been the best I have ever received from any cell company. Kudos for providing the BEST customer service.
